For anyone who wants to get a service done at this establishment, RECORD YOUR PHONE CALL with Christian Brothers.
Wasted my money replacing parts I didn't need then told to replace two even more expensive parts instead that were not previously mentioned. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they asked for proof of their mistake. Furthermore, told me my car would be fixed in 1-2 hours, waited 4-5 hours only to be informed that my car can't be fixed because of the aforementioned incident. Good luck to anyone interested in their services.

Went to 718 West Sublett Road, Arlington store today 8/8/24 to get auto AC checked out. Was quoted an outrageous price to just evaluate it (over $230+). Went to A+ Auto in Mansfield and got everything on auto AC done for $135.
Had same thing happen years ago at this Christian Brothers store- they are still charging very elevated prices. Check quotes elsewhere before even considering this place. Called another Christian Brothers office later today and female receptionist indicated a price of $165. Guess it depends on who you talk to at Sublet store. Sorry - do not trust them.

I am the fleet manager for Polk Mechanical. We use CBA constantly for our service vehicles. They make sure to get us in and out quickly and communicate constantly through the whole process. It makes it easy to send vehicles there and know they will be promptly taken care of.

Great Business to take your Fleet Vehicle to.
They truly care about you and your vehicle and treat it like theirs. They are always honest about the repairs needed and the time needed to complete the repairs.

Someone didn’t do their job correctly. I took my car there on friday Jun 28th for oil/filter changed. The next morning noticed fresh oil drips/spot in my garage. Fast forward today, the bolt or whatever kept the oil in its reservoir came out on the highway. Then I had to have it towed to Kwik Kar to finished the job Christian Brothers couldn’t do. Highly NOT recommend this place.

I booked an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation with these guys based on my great experience at Christian Brothers in College Station. But when I arrived here mid-morning, many people in the waiting area were already growing frustrated with the amount of time their car repairs were taking. I was about to leave when they finally pulled my car into the shop, some 45 minutes after I checked in. They never rotated my tires. They just called me up to pay and leave after the oil change. And for my part, I needed to get on with the rest of my day - this appointment had taken enough of my time already. I’m left guessing that they should have told me they were already full for that day - these guys simply had too much going on that day and couldn’t work efficiently enough to handle the appointments they had already booked.
The Christian Brothers in College Station called me after my appointment and wanted to know whether I, as one of their customers, was happy and will be returning next time I need anything. This location did nothing like that. They’re just not the same.

Had an appt here and still didn't leave until 4 hours later for a practically DIY fix!!! It's because the trifling Hispanic girl at the counter is clueless at ordering the correct parts.
Also, they talk badly about their customers. One said he didn't like working on my car. Then a tall Hispanic guy called me out as to the reason he made a minor mistake on the check out process. It actually wasn't my fault, and it was very minor, but he just had to be such a whiney little boy that he threw me under the bus.
Then they called a customer crazy behind her back laughing like a bunch of hyenas in the back after she left in a huff. They sounded like a bunch of girls back there. smh
Anyway, after 4 hours, they gave me my car back with the check engine light on. It was not on when I gave it to them. They messed my car up and almost left me stranded. It was because a kind guy in the back fixed the issue they messed up.
They also started quoting me large amounts for numerous "repairs" they said I needed. I did a second opinion at another shop, I was told I didn't need all that stuff right away.
Forget their "free courtesy check". It's not being done at all, they just tell you that to get you in there and start blindly quoting large amounts for repairs for nonexistent issues.
They gave me a courtesy check and said that a particular part was in the green (no repair needed), then when I took it back for some other issue they said I had, that same part that was in the green on the invoice was now in the red (repair needed immediately), and it had only been days.
Aside from that, they have no place to park, and I think the Hispanics there are annoying and racist. I do not recommend, they are super slow, they don't know how to work on specific vehicles, they are gossipy, they don't like many of their customers they make up repairs they say you need, they give you your car back in worse shape then what you gave to them, and they order the wrong parts for your car.
Use at your own risk over there.
Also, let me not forget, that one part that I needed replacing was done for a fourth of the cost at another shop. This place is highway robbery.

My car was not drivable because of broken suspension. They got my car back to me same day! Alyssa was amazing with providing time frames, pricing, and reassurance. The warranty on their work is great too!

Awesome place to get your car fixed. They even have free ride share of their own for free. With their logo on it. Their driver is very friendly and nice. I would rate it 10 stars if it let me.

Charged me 172 for diagnostics and they wrote what i told them is the problem and how to fix and asked me to pay or pick up my car without fixing it after 6 hours!!!
Place good for small job not for electric fix that need tools and programming
Dont know till this moment why they toke 172 for just say some wirda i told them just stolen my money NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

Full Transmission Flush, Full Transfer Case Flush and Fill along with one Heck of a Courtesy Service! I’m Deaf but they had More Patience than any other business I try to use. Not everyone can call in.
Returned for fluid service again in my Vehicle and they’re so very nice! Still Deaf, that won’t change, but neither will the quality service I receive from this Christian Brothers Automotive location! Good people and feel at ease and valued as a customer. Thanks!
