Last Thursday we dropped off our grandson and the lady at the front didn’t respond to me and rolled her eyes and turned her chair when I asked a question. I had to have my husband ask the same question for a response. We skipped the tour because it smelled terrible and things were scattered everywhere. Do not bring your children here, they will learn the behaviors of the employees and bring it home. Shame on this facility

I went to get a tour of this facility and as soon as you walk in through the doors there’s a horrible odor, it looks unorganized, and it looks unclean. by The classrooms in the front, you can pretty much tell that the kids are not being…. Idk. I am very picky about the type of childcare that I choose. I don’t recommend this daycare to anyone.

Here's my experience...I did a virtual tour for my 3 yr old and explained to the Assistant Director of needing part-time care (3 days...Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) due to my son attending Speech Therapy on Monday's. I was given the part-time rate. I also inquired on the full-time rates for future purposes. I dropped my son off on a Tuesday and paid for 3 days ($179). I paid $179 because of the rate card that was inside the registration folder. I thought the Assistant Director may have rounded the rate to $180. Anywho, on Wednesday, the Director says to me, "I can't keep changing days. You paid for 3 days yesterday which you paid $179; it's $180, you a $1. We have you down for full-time care." My response was, "No, during the tour I was clear of needing to start out part-time because my son has Speech Therapy on Mondays." She said she understood. Once I made it home, I received notification from the app advising the days have been changed to reflect 3 days. Due to having two concerns (one with how she addressed me), I called the Director and asked, "Did you not review my son's enrollment packet before telling me about not being able to keep changing his days?" Her response was, "I've changed his days to reflect part-time and I sent you a message." I replied, "That's not what I'm asking. I'm asking if you reviewed his paperwork that has his days listed before you addressed me this morning?" She replied, "I can't say I did!" I then asked if it'll be a problem for my son to continue with his speech delay. The Director stated he's been opening the classroom door and running out the classroom and they couldn't have that (understandable), but here's the thing, sit him down and tell him, "no." Where's the teaching? Teach him! Don't take your frustrations out on me because other parents may change their days often or you didn't take the time to read his paperwork. I informed the Director he'll be removed that day (Wednesday). I paid for 3 days; therefore, continue providing updates until his last day. I didn't get any notification regarding what or how my son was doing that day. Instead, I receive pictures of other children. I asked about my son. No one responded. I then go online to view the camera footage and he's in the teacher's seat spinning around in her chair while the other children are napping. Again, teach him; sit him down. I have instructed he understands several phrases. Yes, he has a speech delay, but he does understand words/phrases such as, "no, stop, sit down, put your shoe on, get that out your mouth, come here" and several other instructions. What if he would've fallen from the chair and hit the teacher's desk?!? It's all about money with these daycares. Soon as a child like my son who has a speech delay attends a "regular" daycare, realization kicks in and no one wants to handle it or deal with him. Even on the paperwork, I asked for their patience. He's been a stay at home child since birth. And, what's the use of filling out a ton of paperwork if it's not being reviewed?!? And that $1 the Director said I owed wasn't mentioned again because she got an extra days pay. No, I didn't take him back Thursday because of Wednesday's incident and I didn't want him to continue opening the door. Lastly, on his first day, he came out with a toy in his mouth and smeared, dried snot on his face. Gross!

I was driving to work and noticed this little kid in the street. Cops came wondering where the kid came from . Daycare saw cops outside and notice that kid belonged to them. This is a screenshot of the video. I have video for the mommy or daddy that need to report for the neglect the daycare did. This happened 8/03/2021.

Amazing facility and the BEST staff!!! After having a bad experience at a nearby center in Mansfield, we were in search of quality care for our LO. Since placing our now 2yo there and now our 4 month old, we have never had ANY issues!!! From the director down, EVERYONE at the facility is warm, welcoming ,and really care for our boys. In every stage development room, the teachers are ALWAYS interacting with the kids and engaging them in an activity. The center is SPOTLESS and doesn't smell of dirty diapers. The staff are all well trained on proper ways to care for infants and children and they only do things that are developmentally appropriate From the moment you walk in it feels like home and both our kids love it there.

Everything was all good until a new teacher came into the Toddler classroom. There are a few parents who feel like she is not watching them like she should and are also thinking about switching daycares. In two months my daughter had 4 incidents. A busted lip, a black eye, a bald spot the size of a quarter, and just recently was bit by another student. Every incident Angela always says oh that's nothing. Like the biting incident she preceded to tell me... oh that's nothing... it didn't even break the skin and that she has seen worse. She is always on the defensive and NEVER apologetic that my child got hurt while in her care. the school itself was fine. it used to be cleaner and smell nicer, but that's gone downhill as well. I did really like most of the teachers... but if your child is between 2-3 do not take them to Ms Carrie.

My daughter has attended Childtime for 2 years now. The staff is great and quick to let you know of any changes. Their teachers always let you know about what they are learning or working on. They bring in mobile animal farms, have splash days, magic shows and all kinds of fun things. My daughter is always telling me how much fun she had. Great learning (and still having fun) environment

My experience at Childtime has been nothing less than exceptional! As a first time Mother my research for the best child care lead me to Child time! The teachers at Childtime foster growth and nurture my daughter. She isn't just another face in the crowd there; she is a part of the Childtime family. All of the teachers know her by name even those whom do not care for the infants' class. When I call daily the staff is very courteous and embraces my (annoying) desire for my daughter's activities updates. The facility is always clean and never has that "daycare" smell, which is a plus! My baby loves to go to 'school' and play with her teachers and friends. I would totally recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a second home for your child.
