my son has been going to this daycare for a year and a half. he has a great day almost everyday, loves his friends and his teachers. he even asks me to go on the weekends!! Ms Monica has never failed to make him feel happy and comfortable in every situation he’s faced, and Ms Teresa has always been on top of everything when it comes to incidents or illness. i was always scared to send him to daycare, but they have made me feel happy and confident in my decision!

My son has been going to this daycare for the last 4 years. I’ve had a great experience so far. The director and the teachers are always friendly and it feels like a safe environment for the kids.

If I could give this daycare negative stars I would! This is absolutely the worse daycare I’ve ever experienced. Every week it’s new teachers in the daycare hard to keep up with who actually works there. I had a teacher pinch my child because my 4 year old wasn’t listening. and the teacher still kept her job because they were “short staff”.( that should’ve been my sign then that this daycare was absolutely trash but I stayed, which I still don’t forgive myself) had another situation when my child came home with a black eye black eye because another kid threw a scooter at my child. The kid told my child he did it purposely but the daycare said it was a “accident” and wouldn’t let me view the footage. Another time my kids found a nail in their food. The teacher told them “eat your food or don’t eat anything” my child threw their plate in the the trash and really did not get another plate. I had someone drop my kids off at the daycare and they were able to walk right in because both doors were open and no one was at the front desk. This daycare needs to be closed down. I would never recommend this daycare to anyone. If your child goes here get them out!!!

I was sooo scared to take my son to daycare seeing that none of my kids ever went… I can tell you I’ve walked into many daycares and home daycare but for this to be my first daycare I’m so happy God helped me chose this place for my baby. All of the staff are friendly and you can tell they have genuine hearts right when you walk in the door. I love absolutely love it here. Thank you to everyone that is apart of this staff you are amazing

We have been taking our kids to This location of ChildCare Network since January 2020 and have been very happy with everything. The staff is very kind, caring and professional. Our kids are always happy to go see their teachers and friends. We feel like they are not just getting great care, they have a great education experience too. Thank you CNI 197!

Amazing staff! Friendly courteous! The director is amazing!! The only daycare I trust with my kid(that says a lot) 3 years in they are more like family! Thank you for all you do loving and helping grow our kids! You are appreciated!

I was really scared to put my son in daycare I had looked at several places. But here I am never worried about him . Ms.Teresa Ms.Jennifer and all the wonderful teachers here make your process of adapting to daycare very easy and they are such a great support system for you as well as your child !They treat us like family, they know everyone by name and who everyone’s parent is . Ms.Teresa and Ms.Jennifer and their staff are highly dedicated to their kids I can definitely say that. I remember in the beginning calling every hour because I was so scared because it was such a new thing for me but they were so patient with me and they would go check on my son and update me on him . They also have an app that updates you of your child throughout the day and you can get pictures of them sent personally to you and you can message to ms.Teresa or ms.Jennifer . Any concerns you have they always get right to the bottom , I wouldn’t put my son anywhere else ! Thank you guys for all that you do !!!Especially all the teachers we appreciate all you guys patience ❤️❤️

We were so nervous about having to to put our son in daycare, especially in the middle of the pandemic. Our son has now been attending for almost half a year and we are so glad we chose this location! Ms. Teresa and Ms. Jennifer are so welcoming and provide a sense of calm for new parents! They are both so loving and my son has clearly spent time getting to know them. The teachers in the infant room- Ms. Margarete, Ms. Taylor, Ms. Hailey, and Ms. Leticia are all fantastic! They are very communicative-often sending hand written notes detailing what they've been working on and updating the app regularly with pictures, videos, and other info. When my son is having a rough day, they give him extra cuddles to help him feel more comfortable. All the staff have done a great job following safety precautions to keep the kiddos healthy and safe! I highly recommend this location!

Our son has been attending CN197 for well over 2 years now & he has truly thrived through their instruction & dedication to their staff/children. My husband & I know that our son is safe & genuinely happy in their care while we work. We are blessed that our son receives well-rounded activities, meals, & care. This center has been wonderful to & for our son - he has learned so much & shines while building relationships with his peers/instructor. We wouldn't have him attend childcare anywhere else other than doing so ourselves.

Childcare Network #197 has put my husband and I minds at ease when we drop off our baby girl. Shout out to Mrs. Jennifer for being amazing, and doing such an awesome job with hiring great staff. Mrs. Moon, Mrs. Margaret, Mrs. Marissa, and Mrs. Josselin do such an amazing job with caring for the children in the infant room. From the front desk to the rest of the teachers they are all polite and kind. I am so happy we have found this daycare.

When our child’s old daycare closed, nervous is the only way to describe our feelings of having to start completely over. Childcare network #197 has made this transition smooth. It has been such a breath of fresh air and the constant updates through the app put our minds at ease during our work day. Thank you to all of the teachers in the bright babies classroom. Ms. Marissa, Ms Danielle, and Ms. Margarete you all are so appreciated.

Currently both my kids attend and I am very happy with the curriculum and care they provide to my kids! Thumbs up to the Bright Babies Class my baby looks happy and taken well care of everyday. Most of all very detailed information is provided to me by Ms. Danelle when I pick him up so I am aware of how his day went as a working mom gives me a sense of comfort knowing my babies are ok!

I absolutely love this daycare they are friendly open and understanding. My baby started at 6 weeks and ms. Margaret loves my baby and it’s amazing how much he has grown. My oldest is 8 and he’s been here 3 years he loves his teachers and the management is great ?

I love this place! I have 4 kids that attend. My 3 boys have been going here for 4 years now and I love it! Ive experienced everything from the 3s and 4s room and after school and summer programs. Now my baby girl has been going there since she was 8 weeks old. I absolutely love the infant room and Miss Danelle is the best teacher ever. I love how I have updates all day with the daycares app and I don't have any worries leaving my sweet baby with them! Even if I don't have time while at work to check on the updates through app, after you pick your babies up you get an email with the summary of all aspects of their day! The director and assistant director are very nice caring and attentive to all needs of the kids AND parents. I highly recommend this place.

Love the center. We were new to the state about a year ago brought my twin boys(age 2) they were welcomed with open arms. They even helped to potty train. This was the 1st time my boys had ever been in day care and they made the transition smooth. Love the staff from the directors, to all the teachers Miss. Breja, Miss Toni, Ms Victoria. Our family loves this center so much that my daughter is attending summer camp there.
