I’ve had my kids here for three years , and they have the best director now, Anissa. She’s very attentive to parents and children’s needs. The hours are great for my wife and I’s work schedule. Highly recommend, and I hate writing our reviews.

This daycare is amazing! My son loves going to school. Miss Jill and Miss Melody are amazing teachers. They are so loving care to all of their kids. The admin team is amazing as well. They go above and beyond for everyone. #182 is the best

I would like to commend the staff at this location!! Ms. Anissa and the staff go above and beyond with the students. They have made the holidays extra special for students and parents who are extra busy!

This daycare was great at the beginning when Ms Karen was there. But after she left things went downhill. Both my kids having been going through for almost a year. One day after getting home @530 from my new job I got a call from Ms Cobb saying my son has been disenrolled from daycare. Because he was biting a little girl four times. If my son was biting this child why didn't they call to me if it was more than once. They failed to do that they blamed it all on my son. Instead of telling me right then and there what happened when I picked him up or at least have called me to tell me what's going on. I have done report this to corporate and also to the state. Also back in October of 2022 one of their teachers who is longer there had mouth my child in the mouth because he was lightly spitting. Also they failed to tell me what happened till the next day. If you enroll your child in this daycare think twice about ut and good luck

Well, things started off okay. My son ended up outside of this daycare, alone, and open to a parking-lot and main street. I was not told this happened til days later. My 2 year old son was constantly blamed for acting like a common toddler, he was even blamed for freely leaving a VERY unsecured daycare. When I was finally told that my son was alone outside of the building in the parking-lot, they then kicked him out and owned no negligence. This is unexceptable. My heart is heavy thinking of all the horrible things that could have happened to my two year old boy. I am VERY grateful to God that he decided to freeze and not run to the street. (Tears)...My son was obviously not favored and it showed. The teachers ignored me building up to my departure from this daycare. They lied and Said he was feverish just so I can leave work to get him. My son was born 3 pounds as a preemie and very very smart...he has been on daycare since he was maybe 4 or 5 months...they loved him. I was told "we failed him" after blamed for them failing to keep my son safe.There are no words for the fear I feel to ever place him again. I have never had this fear until I placed him in childcare network. My sister was able to just walk in and retrieve my son. No ID card was requested. They didn't even ask if he knew her. They just released my baby to a stranger. My heart is heavy and I can NOT have this happen to another child.This is UNEXCEPTABLE!

My daughter has been going to Childcare Network #182 for many years. The staff has always been wonderful, especially Ms. Jill! We’ve known her the entire time we’ve been going, from early morning drop offs to her now being my daughter’s teacher. We also really like Ms. Melanie! I’ve never had to worry about my daughter here, and she enjoys going everyday (definitely a plus!). Good job Childcare Network #182!

My daughter has been attending Childcare Network #182 for awhile now. I can honestly say it started out about the convenience (close to my job), but now it is definitely about the people we have encountered. Ms. Jill has been one of the best experiences for us! I feel extremely comfortable leaving my child in her care. She is very informative with the monthly calendars and I can only appreciate the number of years she has invested into these babies! My little one will be leaving soon, but we will sure miss Ms. Jill!! If it were possible I would ask her to take the journey to Kindergarten with my baby.

Two of my children have gone here over the past three years and the staff is incredible. Ms. Jill and Melanie are our current teachers and they are GREAT with the kids. The kids love them. Mrs. Stephanie is amazing, OMG! I'm greatful for any of these ladies and they need a GRAND promotion, seriously! There are a few staff members that have left and a couple of new ones that are really nice too. My experience has always been positive. Thank you Child Care Network, Caplin location.

I was glad that Ms. Jill was still at the Daycare. She was my oldest granddaughter teacher 7 years ago and now is my youngest granddaughter's teacher. Both girls loved going to the Daycare because the staff makes it fun and care for them.

What cay I say about this place.... First off this day care is best day care I have ever been. My amazing kids speak so highly of the staff. Mrs. Jill is so FREAKING AWESOME with my 3 year old son LJ! Thank You Mrs. Jill :) FRFR keep that creative mindset!! Also Mrs. Trevino is amazing with my 6 year daughter Camille. Her patience with kids is very rare to have. I'm glad you are there! I really appreciate you both soooo much! I cannot forget about the leadership there, Mrs. Stephanie & Mrs. Karen. YOU BOTH ARE DOING AN AMAZING JOB THERE! If no one has said this by now I'll be the first say this. I realllyyyyy APPRECIATE YOU BOTH, You both are truly a blessing in my eyes. I hve sent both of my daughters here n they loved going to school. Ms. Jill has seen my oldest grow up n now my youngest is with her. Ms. Jill is a great teacher n my daughters love going to see her

Our daughter loves this center. She started about a month ago in the 3’s class. Coming from a much smaller family daycare in NY, she initially had a hard time getting used to this new larger setting and had a lot of anxiety, but Ms. Jill was very patient and helpful in getting her settled in. The teachers have been really nice, including the director, Ms Karen and her wonderful assistant. They are respectful, friendly and helpful. So far, we are happy with the center and will be sending our second daughter there soon.

My experience with ChildCare Network has been good so far. My son has been with this daycare 2 1/2 years and I genuinely appreciate his teachers (Ms. Jill & Ms. Melanie) I can truly see the difference they’ve made in my son’s early education! ♥️ I love the updates I receive on a daily regarding my son. Staff is easy to communicate with as well, which is a plus! He’s happy here, so mommy is happy here!! ?

I’ve always been selective about child care, since during the week they see my children more than I do most days. This was the first center I toured, and I toured several more but came back to this one as my top choice.The staff here takes care of my children and my children come home happy, fed, clean, and excited to go again. They play outside every day, are always doing art or music, reading, and having fun. I love the photos the teachers send to me every day, so I can keep up with how my children are doing while I’m away. We’ve had a great experience here.
