RACIAL PROFILING DO NOT GO HERE! I go to this bank REGULARLY, same time every month, to get a cashiers check for the same amount! Like normal I go through the drive thru, fill out my form and include my ID! NEVER HAD A PROBLEM! Today there was a guy at the window telling me my ID wasn’t enough verification that I needed my SSN AND DEBIT CARD!!! SINCE WHEN??!!! Then he proceeds to say, well if the other people know you then it’ll be fine but I don’t so YOUR ID IS NOT ENOUGH. AGAIN…..SINCE WHEN?!!! I DIDNT EVEN HAVE MY CARD WITH ME because I never have to present it! Even with me giving him my SSN it wasn’t enough because I didn’t have my debit card or a credit card with my name on it!! I WILL DRIVE 100 MILES OUT THE WAY TO ANOTHER CHASE BANK BEFORE I EVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!

Went in to open a bank account this week . The girls who greeted me were nice and friendly the lady that helped me was so rude ! She looked miserable every time asked her something she rolled her eyes and seemed bothered horrible experience .

Always a pleasant experience here. Linette was great as are all the clerks here. They always have a pen,slips ahead of time in the canisters and give treats,lollipops.The Grand Prairie on Main St needs to step it up like this one.?

Drive thru hours are extremely inconvenient for those that work 8:30-5:30 during the week since drive thru hours are 9AM to 5PM.

First time I schedule an appointment to speak to a specialist about my business account I arrived on time and they were still busy with another client i was willing to wait even if their appointment merged 30 min with mine. In order for me not to keep on waiting on them to finish they insisted in trying to guide me(in the main entrance asking private questions) on what to do instead of having my consultation like I had schedule I had to walk away that day. My requested day off was wasted .The Second time I scheduled online consultation to talk about my business account merging it to an LLC account I set appointment for 1:30pm made sure I had a sitter to watch my kids so I could fully pay attention I received a call 1 hour prior my appointment from Dionne to tell me she had to cancel my appointment because the service that I needed took 1 hour and I choose on the app I needed cusulting on Llc which takes (30 min). I explained to her that I received a text message confirmation a day before letting me know about my appointment. They should have told me then about my appointment schedule that was wrong. I understand that it takes longer but they cannot cancel your appointment one hour prior. She commented that she does not have access to her calendar until the day of and that's why she called me . Very unprofessional. I've been with chase for more than a decade and I believe I should consider looking elsewhere.

My teller yesterday Wendy was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She handed the transaction quickly and accurately. The entire bank staff genuinely greeted me when I arrived and said goodbye when I left. She was knowledgeable about the chase mobile app and online banking. She confidently used a two factor identification and made sure all my information was complete and accurate. She even referred me to the auto loan department where I got a chase auto loan.
