I asked very nicely if they had a bag to put stuff in and the 3 ladies at the counter just looked at me without giving any answer so I asked again and they just nodded. As I was turning around, the lady at the register said "like we got carts and or what" extremely rude and forget customer skills, they don't even have the basic manners. Idk who the manager is but they do not care about their customers or even how the store is organized. This was on 11/12. I would recommend to go to another location then dealing with rude employees.

0 customer service! Manager is mean and needs to learn about how to treat customers. Exchange policy is unacceptable and YOU CANNOT get your money back!!! Quality of clothes is very poor! Would rather order from China than here!

The manger Nelly left a person in training alone on a Friday. I don’t know if it lack of management, but I find that highly irresponsible. I don’t blame the trainiee. She was a overwhelmed and didn’t know what to do. I blame the manager for leaving her alone. Knowing she was not properly trained.

Just left Charlotte Russe at the Parks Mall and the girls have a dog staying with them behind the counter!! the dog didn’t even have a collar on or a leash !!

Terrible customer service. Couple of girls lacking professionalism by talking about their personal business during the entirety of my transaction. I thought they would wrap it up, but they carried on as if I wasn’t standing there. I asked a couple of questions and they just pointed me to the general direction and carried on with their conversation. The worker locked up doors after I left, which was 20 minutes before the stated closing time. Not sure why it doesn’t click for these young people that your patrons are the reason why you get to have an income. Definitely never shopping here again. Return policy is exchange or store credit only even though you cannot try things on.
