Bad costumer service. First fender I purchased a year ago was not a good fit, unfortunately I had to replace it again. I went with the certified fender this time. This was purchase on Friday and the fender was left in the cabin of my pick up until the next day which i decided to instal after replacing light and bracket. When I took it out of the card board it was curl up on the front. Should have checked at the store since I notice the tare on the card board but did not face me. Store is closed Saturday so I call on the next bussiness day and I as asure they had a replacement. Got to the store right before closing. When I explain the situation to Kevin (manager). He said he was told not to replace damaged parts. I offer to pay for another fender and I would do something about the damage part. I suggested to train his employees to look out for the obious. I do not purchase body parts on a regular bases. He refuse to sell me another fender and ask me to leave so he can close and lock the door. He did ask me if I had read for what I had sing for. He said that they ask all their customers to examine the material they are purchasing. I thought I was singing the sales for credit card receipt. I did not check the box to certify that the item was free of damage nor I was ask to examine the item. He just walked away and went into a glass window office and never returned. As I was leaving 15 minutes latter the police blocked my car in the parking lot and questioned me. I had left the fender in the store and someone put it outside of the door (store property). It is not about the money but I despise poor costumer service. I am not expecting any thing nor do I want anything from certi-fit. I have no idea what they go through with management or other customers nevertheless this was a horrible experience and I refuse that kind of treatment.

I went in yesterday to buy a bumper for my aunt they wanted 250$ for it and they tried to sell me a scratched up beat up bumper I told the employee and he said he would take 25$ off very disappointed because all the parts here are supposed to be brand new I went in to upgrade and it was definitely a downgrade just wished they didnt try to rip people of like this, employee stated that was the only one they had but it would be better if he had said they didnt have it at all because that was definitely insulting to try and sell that ! 2009 impala bumper incase anyone is wondering
