WORST apartments I’ve ever stayed in! CONSTANT noise, extremely loud music, loud trucks revving their engines for fun, and people crowding the stairs to your apartment smoking and in the way. Walls are PAPER THIN. You can hear neighbors closing their doors, people closing car doors, and outside conversations like you’re there with them. Maintenance doesn’t speak or understand English. They don’t know how to fix anything and take weeks to come fix anything. Management does nothing. They won’t respond to emails or pick up the phone. Water and waste bill is over $100 dollars even if you don’t use it. Gate stopped working once new management took over. Units infested with roaches and spiders. DON’T DO IT, DON’T BE FOOLED BY THE PAID REVIEWS. Trust me! They are extremely nice until you move in and then you’ll be extremely upset because you were tricked. Those in the office are more than rude.

I am extremely frustrated with living here. I stay in building 411, and someone in the building regularly smokes weed and blasts music until 2:30 AM. At times, the music is so loud that it vibrates through the walls, even continuing until 3:00 AM.
The walls are thin, and with shared vents, it feels like the weed is being smoked in my own space. Some people have no respect or consideration for others, and I’m starting to understand why some tenants resort to legal action.
This complex used to be a nice place to live, but recently, the new tenants have caused many good neighbors to move out. The main issue is that management rarely addresses these problems.

Worse experience I ever had. Nosey neighbors trying to kill my dog. There’s Cockroaches crawling out the vent. Then police come through and raid the apartments all the time. When I came to rent I didn’t think it was going to be ghetto. These apartments are not high class at all!

Moved in less than a month ago (July). Office staff was great, but apartment is a cesspool of roach infestation. There are several gaps everywhere that all manner of infestation could come in. Gaps in the cabinets, gaps in the kitchen, gaps between the floors and walls off kitchen and bathroom. Gaps by outlets. Gaps under the kitchen island. If these gaps were taken care of, there wouldn't be roaches coming in from other places. My unit looks clean, in fact I barely have anything in it, but I've been killing roaches since I moved in. Spending dollars upon dollars on prevention and roach killers. I can't sleep because of roaches.
I would like to emphasize that these are not issues that occurred due to a previous tenant, these are just structural issues.
I have reported the issue since the first night, and even now, August 1, 2024, I'm facing a giant roach while trying to use the restroom in the middle of the night. The giant roach sprayed the whole bathroom.
Front office have been really kind. And responsive, so I know these is not fully their fault.

I'd like to publicly thank Cristina R. for her caring and outstanding support during my Daughter's first apartment search.
She traveled from out of State to search for an apartment. In 3 short days we viewed aprox a dozen different units in the Arlington area.
Neither of us were familiar with the DFW area. As a result, we made numerous calls to the Center Place office and Cristina made time to answer our calls and questions. If she wasn't available to take our calls, she would return our call at her earliest opportunity.
We encountered many pleasant and some not so pleasant people during our apartment search. Cristina is the most pleasant we had the pleasure of coming in contact with by far.
It was Cristina's vast knowledge of the complex & local area, and the trust that we felt with Cristina that closed the apartment rental deal for us.
Thank you so much!
As a parent, I have a great feeling of peace, knowing my daughter is starting her next chapter in life in an apartment complex with such caring management.

We just move n to Center Place Apartments and we just love it. Wonderful management staff … ladies at the office are just amazing very professional and friendly. you can really see how well maintain the property is..We just love our apartment, thank you ladies and staff Great job………..

We moved to TX 4 years ago and I can say now we finally found our place. The management team helped us through the application process and explained everything every step of the way. The complex is very clean and calm, thank goodness! The units are beautiful and very spacious. Been here for 2 months now and my kids love it.

There is no way I have a eviction!!! I moved out of that apartment and still went to the court house and have the paperwork, yet y'all have me owing almost $3000 and saying eviction all because I had already started moving when the manager who didn't want to hear nothing at first, tried to talk me into staying after I had already started moving!!! When I got sick with covid nobody wanted to hear nothing!!! Like I told your collector, I will take it up with my attorney so don't think that God will allow evil to keep me from every getting a place again!!! Oh and don't think I'm upset and homeless, thank God for subliving!!!

Relocating to TX in 2014, we've moved 4 times. 2 of them within the same complex, Center Place Apts here in Arlington. We really enjoy living here at Center Place, telling everyone this is our "forever home ". We have been fortunate to have good, quite neighbors. Although we haven't made use of all of all the amenities like the pool and gym, it's nice that they are available. The staff that we've had interaction with has always been a good experience. Cristina is a great office manager. She is professional, personable and approachable. She is knowledgeable and answers any concerns that tenets may have. We will recommend Center Place Apts to anyone that is looking for a nice place to live in Arlington.
