Terrible work screen went dark and supposedly had a warranty for 90 days but don't want to replace screen

Sam the manager is the best phone mechanic in Parks Mall. He know to explain and satisfy you and your questions. I forgot my wallet the night he fixed my phone. I freaked out the entire night, the next morning I went to Parks mall to see him at he saved my phone and my anxiety. Thank you Sam for fixing my phone and keeping my wallet safe.

NOT A GOOD DEAL! PAY FOR QUALITY OR PAY TWICE This isn't a customer service issue, the people working at the kiosk on the second floor near the food court and the first floor near the escalator are all very nice. I brought my iPhone 11 Pro, purchased in 2019 to be repaired 2 weeks ago. I keep my phones as long as I can because I take care of them. I'd never had any issues, but my screen was cracked in the corner-- easy fix. Repair took 15 min, $120. After I got home, I saw an alert saying "not genuine apple parts" were in the phone. I ignored it, because I paid for a cheap solution. The screen was raised a little above my phone case, but with a new screen protector, I didn't think it was a big deal. 2 days ago, I dropped my phone from about waist high. No physical damage, but there was a black screen. Phone was still working, I could see the screen barely, but not enough to use it. The screen never sat flush after the repair. I should have never had it repaired without verifying there would be genuine apple parts. I should have never agreed to their ridiculous 3 or 10 day warranty-- if you can't guarantee the quality of your work and materials past a few days, you know you have sh*t product. **The guy that fixed SPECIFICALLY referenced having a black screen not being covered. Reading thru these other reviews, it seems to be a common issue. They use very cheap replacement parts and they know they will fail. The original glass on the 11Pro was made by the company that produced Gorilla Glass. The replacement glass is a cheaper alternative and couldn't withstand one drop. I should have inspected it closer. Now I have to pay for repair AGAIN. Being cheap has been an expensive mistake. I have an appointment to have my phone repaired in the morning and it comes with a 1 year warranty. I haven't had a good experience with the last 2 times I've used a repair kiosk. When I've had devices repaired by Apple or Asurion, there were no issues afterwards and the work came with a warranty.

Manager Sam did a really good job for my phone. He was fast and did my repair within 15 mins. I will send my people over here. Loved it

Vamshi was amazing he gave me a good deal on a phone case and two screen protectors for me and my boyfriend's phones. He was quick, and efficient as well installing the privacy screen protectors on our phones. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you Vamshi :)

I won’t to cell tech today in parks mall and the service was tremendous he greeted me as I walked in and made sure that whatever I needed he handled it without any complications or problems he deserves a bonus.

If you ever need your phone fixed only come here! Sam is an amazing manager and very trustworthy! I had to get my front screen fixed and he did it twice no questions asked at a way better price than other places. Their warranty is valid they do not scam like other places I have been to. I have not used that 11 pro max in months because the front screen wouldn’t work, but Sam fixed it in less than ten minutes and it is like brand new! Appreciate the friendly help!!

brought in my phone to get fixed on thursday i went to the upsttairs store and they tried to charge me 130 then went down stairs and they charged me 100 so they obviosly are just saying random numbers for pricing. this was the second time i have gotten my phone fixed by them and somehow my phone did not crack yet half of my screen was black after the first time they fixed it. but this time not even a full day after getting my phonr fixed they did not put the screws back in my phone and my entire front screen came off of my phone they claim my phone didnt have them when i came in but they did not say this last time they fixed my phone they also said my phone was missing something else which once again they did not tell me this whenver i got it fixed the first time back in december i do not know how to take the phone apart so who else could have taken the parts but them. they tried to make me pay to get my phone fixed again making the argument that if they took the screws out they would put them back in no matter what staments i made that wass all the man would respond with no actual evidence that he did put them back nor did he show evidence of my phone missing screws before the repair. they tried to charge me for another screen repair and i refused to do so and they called security on me.

Dont shop here the lady there charged my card more than the amount she told me she would so i had to dispute it with the bank then the extra screen protector was cracked check your product
