Spoke with Amaris about getting a new agent. My past agent's office never picked up the phone, and it was very hard to conduct business. Amaris was very understanding, professional, and helpful. She made made my transition to Cecy Diaz Win office a breeze. Amazing job, Amaris. Now, I am very happy after being with State Farm for over 20 years.

Exceptional and very helpful service from both Kay and Nayeli. They were able to assist in straightening out my car insurance concerns and were very straightforward. No hassle, great communication, and great service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Updated 2-18-2024: This agent doesn’t return phone calls. Not sure why, but It’s the 2nd time this has happened. In addition, a coverage was added onto my policy without my authorization or approval and STILL has NOT been deleted yet after multiple requests over two months.BEWARE SLOW CLAIMS SERVICE:! After filing a claim in December when my vehicle was stolen, it took State Farm Claims Dept 7 weeks and 3 days to settle the claim. That is ridiculous (huge understatement). This SLOW claims service also cost State Farm an extra $350 in claim expenses for my rental vehicle and cost me $148 out of pocket. Absolutely TERRIBLE claims service. Their adjuster tried to short pay the original estimate by 33%, and then eventually the repair center gave up and discounted a legitimate estimate by 25% just so they could release my brochure that had been fully repaired for 3 weeks to me. That is a classic example of BAD FAITH by their claims department that cost both State Farm and myself substantial additional money.WHY would anyone choose STATE FARM OR THIS AGENCY TO PURCHASE INSURANCE?ORIGINAL REVIEW October 2023: Very impressive service provided by knowledgeable agents and office staff. Phone calls are answered immediately during normal business hours and I had the information including pricing and a coverage improvement recommendation that I needed to help with a buying decision between 2 different vehicles in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend this State Farm agent. They’re the best that I’ve found in Arlington and it’s not even close!

Excellent service over the phone!!! Alexis has great customer service and she would answer all questions about my car insurance. I love how specific she explained my policy in details. Lupe did an excellent job on explaining my life insurance policy and making me understand it a bit better. Great communication with these two ladies.

Was paying way too much for just auto insurance from Allstate and so our friendly neighborhood State Farm agent Alexis Taylor from Cecy Diaz Win location helped us bundle and save <3 we got auto, renters and amongst other things, still end up paying less than what we were paying for at All state for JUST auto insurance! Would highly recommend switching to State Farm and if you’re in the Arlington area, go to this location and ASK FOR ALEXIS TAYLOR <33333

Cecy and the team are great! Great customer service and extremely professional. Got the best quote/price in town! She was able to save us 50% of my previous insurance with progressive she’s a 100/10 I have recommended her to family and friends and to anyone wanting to save some money don’t hesitate to reach her and her team!

Absolutely excellent service! Very prompt and great communication! I am so happy that I finally moved my insurance over. The process was extremely easy! A simple email was all that was needed to switch agents! Tamara also reviewed all my policies and advised me to make some needed changes. If you are on the fence about changing insurance, just use these ladies! Cecy and her team have so much experience and are truly happy to help!

Haley Roebuck is truly a gem, she reached out to me by phone, engaged me in a brief, friendly conversation, where in she quickly identified all of my needs and targets. 10 or fifteen minutes later the quote was in my inbox. Great execution and very knowledgeable, and from a money standpoint it is a great value. Good form Haley, thank you! But that isn't the end of the story. I am a very busy professional and have little time for distractions, and as fate would have it one came down the pipe. Before I could even react Tamara Wood another one of the best agents it has ever been my good pleasure to know like the true troubleshooter she is, had the issue dealt with almost before I could think about it.
