I hate to do this but - We assisted Cash Back Tax Preparation with their 2016 Business Return. Our policy to make sure the reported amounts are good and transparent - is to balance the books including a Balance Sheet - A Balance Sheet reconciles the transactions. We were provided a category and amounts and when we put these together - the Balance Sheet did not work. We were then told that these were budget amounts and not actual. They had a W2 for employee that made no sense - there were wages but no withholdings for Federal Tax or Social Security and Medicare. It was not a good W2 or in good format. I do not have confidence that the owners of this company understand the intricacies in taxes and reporting due to the information provided to us to prepare a return. We had agreed on an amount for their business return - and we honored that amount even though we spent much more time than anticipated. Sadly - since we presented the invoice on 09/21/17 with several follow ups - and although despite kind and non-threatening communication this invoice has not been paid and there has been no communication to us about why. Buyer Beware!

***UPDATE: Niki reached out to me personally and apologized for any miscommunication that may have occurred. It was nice to know that the reviews are answered and that my concerns were heard. She made me feel confident that the same errors would not occur again and regained my trust in reusing them for my taxes this upcoming year. I look forward to doing business with them again! Thank you Niki and Norma for both reaching out to me.***Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with doing my taxes here. I was referred by a coworker and when I spoke with Norma I did advise her this was my first time using this company. I was never told how much my refund would be for, I was told I would get direct deposit and I made sure to ask even if not approved for cash advance that I would still get direct deposit and Norma ensured me I would. I got an email today to let me know my tax check was there. I am just really disappointed with the service I received and will NOT be using them for my future taxes.
