Manager JOHN was a life saver.....and a stand up guy... I sold the WRONG bike for a friend... they had 2....when I found out the mistake I made that same day... I was in tears and explained my dilemma to John ...He returned the bike and let me payback the amount I received for selling the WRONG BIKE.... the bike I sold was the friends deceased father bike...this could have ended so bad....BRAVO JOHN and GOD BLESS YOU

Worst place to pawn anything , they offer about 5 to 10 % for your goods. Went in with three high end brand digital multimeters in excellent condition and was offered 13$ for all three, Yet they had a beat up off brand non digital, no screen for sale In the store for 48$ marked down from 60$ lol. needless to say drove up the street south to their nearest competitor and was givin 60$ total for my three devices which is what I'd asked for. This place is truly laughable, save the trip go eleswere!

Talk to Joshua or Mike, and they will take care of you! I have seen bad reviews, and if you are late at any pawn shop, it will cost you. You people sign a contract and are expected to pay on time. I never have trouble here, so i give them 5 ? stars

Don’t shop or request a pawn from these people!!! Been using them for years . They offered 50.00 for a 600.00 oxy/acet torch with both bottles. Lied and said they resale for 180.00. These folks are crooks! Take your business elsewhere.

The worst pawnshop I have been to. Placed and Item in Layway was never late on payments and when coming to pick it up. They sold it to someone else. Dealt with the assistant manager who went to talk to the store manager behind a little wall with glass behind the counter. He was to lazy to get up and talk to me, let the assistant manager know that they couldn't help me. That they could give me store credit for something else. Didn't even returned my money. They are greedy and lie to your face. I feel like I got scammed. Go elsewhere, don't waist your time and money here.

I have done business with this place for years I trusted them years ago I bought a ring here in I need money so I pawned it I went back to get it they sold it I had several pawns in there again I payed on them ever month I always I wanted to pay one month on all of my pswns and my understanding was all of my pawns were combined kind of find out they were not combined they were going to put all of my stuff out for sale because I was a few days late and I called to let them know they said it was okay because Monday was a holiday and I explained to them I had no way to get there until a few days later they still went to put my stuff out and I was told it was going to be $268 to get my stuff out of the pawn I got there it cost me almost 400. 00 they said it was due on the 25th of the month after me thinking it was not due until the 1st Lincoln to find out I had another pond that I wasn't aware of so if I would not have got mad I probably would not have been told about my other ring beware of this place they have done me wrong there last time in I've done business with them for 10 years
