Went in..spotted a great deal on a Schecter C-6 Elite for $60...the manager (Ramiro Martinez) decided he didn't want me to buy it....he sucks....was denied the purchase....he don't care bout customers and is an embarrasement to Cash America....do not spend your money here...customer service sucks

I've delt with a few pawn shops in buying items as well as panning items and the manager Tara and her staff members are the best I've have delt with friendly kind and most off all helpful as best as possible wtg Tara

Worst place to go to!!!! Got an offer for pawn and agreed on a price....then turn around and lowered the offer to a low ball price. What a joke... y'all should be ashamed of y'all's selfs!!!!

Visited today @5:05pm wasn't greeted when walked in the store the 2 employees didn't ask if there was anything I was looking for their body language was like they could care less if I was there or not very horrible place do not go here they don't have hardly any variety of anything

Amazing customer service! All cash America's need to be just like this store! They took time to research my personal items what ment so much to me. I love and appreciate what this team did for me. I was unable to get what I needed to fix my car, but the fact that they did not treat me any different or gave me a guilt of embarrassment for bring my stuff her ment more to me than money. Thank you to this Cash America team on Sunday 7/10. You all are truly amazing!

Horrible place to do business. Can't take a layaway payment and move it to something new because they overcharge on items and won't match/bend on price. Best this place is for is putting hands on product then buying elsewhere.
