Beware. Went to buy a tv. Clearly marked $30. Go to pay and rings me up as $60. Ask why and say it’s marked $30. Worker goes ohh. Uh that’s our mistake. Should be $60. Wouldn’t honor marked price and would only take $60. Buyers beware of this tricky scam.

I bought a PS4 yesterday at the location on 1754 W Division St. & the staff there was so polite and helpful especially Diana Lopez! She helped me get exactly what I was looking for, for my son! Will definitely be going back ! ? She was the best ?

Anna was very professional and very polite. She saved the day for me by going out of her way to help me and get me the best deal possible. If it was not for her I would be stranded with no gas I would never use any other pawn shop due to the professionalism and the way the employees care about the customers at this location makes it worth the extra drive. Hands down the best customer service and the best experience I've had at a pawn shop ever. Shout out to Anna for taking her job seriously and treating her customers like family, she is absolutely amazing and I would recommend her over any other pawn shop in DFW.

I like to go to pawn shops and get deals of course who doesn’t? And this location is not the place to get a deal‼️‼️Looks like they don’t even want to sell their stuff, josh the worker is great. but Glenn by far the worst person to speak to very rude wants nothing to do with people he sends his workers to deal with costumers. Overall I had a bad experience. I rather find deals at another pawn shop then to go back to this one..
