I love Cash America and usually every time I come here I have a great experience except for this store. Not very helpful, not informative and it seemed like I was a problem to be helped so I will take my business elsewhere.

Manager.... aaaheemmm......, I want to be nice and positive, but avoid this location at all cost. Low ballers. Theres another location less than a mile up the street, take the time and gas and go there! Seriously.

I came here to sell my old engagement ring because I had gotten a new bigger better one. I went to a few other pawn shops before, but I felt like they were trying to scam me. The ladies at this shop were really nice and made me feel like I was getting a good deal! The manager even complemented my new ring. They went through my ring with a machine, evaluated all the diamonds and gave me a fair price. Another place I went just weighed the ring on a scale for one second and made a price on the spot. All in all if I had to sell something else I would come here again. Plus the shop was very clean and organized, there was a lot of parking, and the staff was awesome!

BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT I SAY DO NOT PAWN ANYTHING OF SIGNIFICANT VALUE HERE. THE MANAGER WILL RIIIIIIIIIIIP YOU OFF WITHOUT A SECOND THOUGHT. I BROUGHT IN 2 WATCHES WORTH THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND THEY GAVE ME $25. I HAD NO CHOICE AS MY WALLET WAS STOLEN THE DAY BEFORE AND NEEDED CASH. I EVEN SHOWED THEM THE VALUE OF THE PARTICULAR WATCHES AND STILL THEIR EXCUSE WAS THAT THEY DONT SELL MANY WATCHES, WELL! OK I GET THAT PART BECAUSE THEY HAD ONLY 2 DAMN WATCHES IN THEIR DISPLAY AND A NEARLY EMPTY STORE DUE TO SALES FROM COVID MONEY. I AM SO DISSAPOINTED AND INSULTED. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION. I was told I had to leave because my disability does not allow me to wear a mask. Their sign even says unless exempt by law and I pointed it out but I was still told "get out"
