Cant properly rinse. Soap never stops lightly coming out during Rinse. Vaccuum closest to store has HORRIBLE power. I have used it a few times and its always the same. It will not pick up anything except air. Its VERY weak. Not wasting money here again.

Had a very bad experience. Put coins in nothing happened couldn't get coins back tried vacuum barely worked for 5 minutes

Took two cars here when the first one came out, it was dirtier than when it went in. Looked like it had grease all over the windshield. It was all foggy looking the window was not that dirty when I started. came back home cleaned off the windshield, this is a black car by the way, the entire car was foggy. Went back with my other car ran it through thinking maybe there was something on the other car. Got the same result. I noticed as I was going through their car wash. It was never really rinsed. I told the manager this and he just blew me off like it wasn't any big deal. The waterfall that normally rinses the car was not on, so how can a car get clean? The black car was taken back, They did wash it off by hand to try to remedy the problem but it still didn't look very good. I cannot recommend this car wash to anyone. Especially when they don't listen when you tell them what the problem basically was. And they try to tell you it looks like somebody sprayed Armor all on it. I was in the car the whole time nobody sprayed Armor all on it.

This place sucks. The workers are so slow not in a hurry one bit. They went over half the truck twice and then missed the whole other half. The. Didn't say nothing when they were done. The truck was still dirty as hell. Just not a good place for $40. Shit as at matter of fact I had to get the rags and wipe it down myself

Once again, I visited this place, like I've visited many times before..Giving em the benefit of the doubt but they let me down once again..I went for the full service, paid 39.00 dollars for the service and they did a horrible job. Drove off and water streaking everywhere, because they did a poor job of drying. It's a detail car wash place but they definitely don't pay attention to detail. They missed a bunch of spots. Just bad detailing all around. Never going back again, just lost a loyal customer of 11 years.

Put money in and car wash sprayer barely dribbled water! Tried other options, like brush, rinse, high pressure foam, NOTHING! POS! Don't use this place.

I've been coming to elite car wash for 22 years, the first time I've EVER been charged $5 for have a Tesla hatch back, mind you I have 3 other suvs and never been charged. It's a car wash, was price gouge for have a hatch back? How about my Toyota Prius. Who ever owns this now has run this car wash to the ground. I have 5k thousand followers in my social media all in Arlington, I will be sure to let everyone know. Price gouge a customer. I have attached a picture of the menu that doesn't show a thing. Very disappointing. I will never support a terrible local business like this again.

It was a trash place to be at!!!! The spray gun is unless, it dripped soap and water than spraying. The other bay did the same thing so spend at your own risk.

The lube center caused damage to our vehicle during a faulty fuel injection cleaning service, causing the check engine light to come on, and this was confirmed by 2 other mechanics. So I brought this information to the owner, Kevin Morris's attention. He adamantly denied that they had anything to do with it, but that he would work up a quote, with some "good will discounting" in it, to resolve the issue and call me within a couple of days with the information. I NEVER heard back from him. In fact I called asking to speak with him 4 times and he never took nor returned my call. When I finally got him on the phone this afternoon after taking my car to the dealership who confirmed what we were already told by another reputable mechanic (that has 5 stars on both Yelp and Google) that the damaged was caused by the faulty injection cleaning, he became combative, extremally vulgar, made fun of my size (I am only 5'4"), and told me to come up to his place of business as if he wanted to fight. WOW. I am astonished that he is choosing to treat customers this way. It is ironic that he wears an Ichthus on his clothing, as his conduct today was anything BUT becoming of a Christian. I can't stress strongly enough how I cannot believe a business owner would conduct himself this way over a legitimate customer complaint. No wonder his BBB rating is a D-. Buyer BEWARE.....
