I visited this carwash yesterday, for the first time. I should have looked at reviews. First, I will say, the employees are very friendly; after that it went downhill. I got my truck washed ($18). Upon going to the vacuums, which had very low suction power, which other customers were complaining about as well; I gave up, it took to much time trying to vacuum. I inspected my truck, to find, a lot of dirt left on it, on the back side. I preceded to explain to a very nice young man, that my vehicle was not clean; he said it was residue left behind. He did accommodate me with another wash to correct the issue. I went through a second time, and my vehicle was still dirty; after that I chalked it up to a lesson learned, left without a fuss, and know I will never return to this establishment again, as I've never in life had this situation happen. On a good note, they do provide clean towels for your use, as an accommodation to wipe your vehicle down, inside or out. If it's sunny or hot, there isn't any overhead awning by the vacuums to provide shade, to shield you from the sun, like most every carwash I've been to has. The vacuum hoses are short, and provide a limited reach, so you have to position your vehicle in order to attempt to have the vacuums reach farther. I asked for tire shine, that never happened, tires looked as dull as when I initially drove up. Once again, 2 stars for friendly staff, the carwash itself is just lousy, which isn't their fault.

Thought that each spot having its own vacuum was pretty neat, but my 2 stars is because once I was almost done I tried using the "spot free rinse" but throws out soap instead till it finishesProbably won't come here again to be honestAlso more expensive compared to the other 2 spots I tend to go to, I came here just because I had never been here since it was in a sketchy area

Beware!!!! I got 1 wash back in July and have been getting billed monthly since. Called over and over and over and all you get is a machine and no return calls. Avoid this place in Hudson Oaks

Absolutely the most annoying our process to get my car washed every single time. I bought the unlimited package and the scanner has never works not one freaking time that I've went here. Literally takes an hour out of my day every time avoid this place it sucks it is completely horrible.
