“The power of the vacuum alone did it for me. I dislike cleaning myself but they had everything you needed. Constantly replacing towels, cleaning spray for inside/outside the car, and window cleaner. I will definitely visit again!”

“I must brag about this location! I normally go to the Mansfield location, but I was on that side of town, so I stopped there. The facility is SUPER clean, and the staff was friendly. The cashier very nicely convinced me to have my inside cleaned even though I didn't have time, but the way he spoke to me like he was concerned, made me change my mind. I was very happy when they finished my truck. I will recommend Carnation to everyone I know!”

“I’ve been looking for a good car wash and detail shop. I’ve found it! Starting with the wash and hand detailed interior cleanup… Wow! Best job I’ve seen in years! So I asked it they could do something with our sun-faded Fiat to them asking if they could bring back some of the shine. They offered a Buff and Wax. Price was moderate for that so I agreed. I’m very happy with the results! They didn’t get all the fading, that’s not possible. But the job they did was awesome! The care they took in doing the job was impressive, I watched the whole thing. I will be back with my truck and probably my RiverStone 5th Wheel RV that needs some scratches smoothed out at the top of the front cap.”
“Kevin at this location was great! From the moment he had me pull up to the wash bay he was friendly. He gave me some water and we talked for a couple minutes. This is one of the best locations ive been to. The didnt get tire shine. The machine mustve been out of service, but I didnt even care because the customer service was great. “I called at around 1pm and they were out here by 4pm working on my car. I did not get any before pics since I was avoiding my car due to it being the vehicle that our dog rode around in (we had to lay him to rest yesterday). Jerry completely understood and came out to take care of it for me. He shampooed the inside, cleaned and conditioned the leather, and took care of every part of my car inside and out. He did such a great job that my husband is planning on using him in the future. Thank you for helping me when I really needed it.”

“These guys are always real friendly. However it would have been nice to know that they were going to deduct the money out of my account without telling me then the second month. What they said is you paid $30 for one month and you come as many times as you want in that month. What they didn't say is that they're going to automatically deduct the second month without saying anyting. When I asked him about it they said that that's the way monthly arrangements go. And that I could cancel the end of the month if I wanted”

“Good car wash where the basic price will get you a scrub before you go through, and a good quality wash with recycled water and less harmful chemicals. For a little extra, they will scrub down your windshields, the general exterior, and your wheels. It's highly worth it and its always a solid clean, but definitely a little pricey about $20-30. Good extras for not much more, you can have them clean the inside of your car, and the monthly membership is worth it if you get your car washed at least twice a month.”

“I greatly enjoy this place, however the only issue I encountered is with the monthly plans, I’m on the 29.95 one but for some reason I’m getting charged twice a month, every other week, I figured this would be the case because I remember going through there one time and they had to take my card again because apparently the thing that scans you to go in wasn’t “working”, when I know for a fact I paid for it once already, aside from that minor error that was HOPEFULLY due to forgetfulness, everything else is noice”

“It's a car wash. I liked the fact it does undercarriage, not sure if it really does or not though. I would have given them 5 stars if they would consider folding mirrors for customers. There is just not enough time for me to get out of my car, run to passenger side and fold my mirror in. They should offer the service to customers!”

“I just dropped to wash my engine but ended up washing the entire exterior the tire cleaner was very good and the soap was very heavy but what sold me was when I pulled the trigger the force almost knocked me down and for a dollar. You can take as much time as you need when Vacuuming your car..it's nothing like your standard vacuums ( you know the $1 for 4 minutes) The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. “Rented a car to take my grandkids home to Amarillo and needed it cleaned before returning it to the rental place. There were bugs on the front grill and windshield. I paid extra for removal, but it was well worth it. They vacuumed and cleaned up the vehicle really well. I was very satisfied with their work. I even noticed a few spots that didn't quite well get scrubbed off by the brushes of car wash. And Joe the gentleman that did the finishing touches of the car wash was very kind to help make sure they were all gone. I will definitely be a returning customer whenever I rent a vehicle and need it cleaned before returning it to the rental place.”
