Our radio was broken so my bf and I went to the Arlington car toys for an upgrade and store manager helped replace the old radio to a nicer newer one. Great customer service was given as well.

Amazing place to take your car to get your radio done . I had bought a Chinese made “radio” it was a tablet made into a radio off of Amazon and took it up here to get fixed because my dad put it in but we were having issues getting sound to come out of it . Thankfully Ken the installation manager was there to help me and my dad out . He said he will check it out and worked with us to find solutions and find ways to figure it out. The same day they got it to have sound and installed my back up camera with it. It works amazing and I was able to save a lot of money thanks to Ken!!! They are very reliable, quick, and friendly !

They can't do thier job when it comes to look for warranty in the computer and we purchased a camera here 2 years ago

I came in and was helped by Benjamin. I have had a bad experience here before but it’s been a couple years so I figured I would give them another shot.
It was a night and day difference Benjamin was great he shows me exactly what I was looking for and then some. I asked can I speak to the manager to give him a compliment on his service. Turns out he was the Store manager. I wasn’t ready to buy today but I will be back for sure.

Nick the assistant manager helped me pick out the best quality radio I could get for my car. Ken the installation manager let me know how badly the pervious owner did on installing his own radio and got everything working after redoing it twice. my backup camera ended up not working so they had to get that fixed and then when Nick was walking me through the radio settings my left speaker stopped working so they had to fix that and my door actuator that switches the ac from normal to defrost broke while they were installing the new radio causing my ac to only come out through the defrost vent and they were basically telling me and implying that I didn't know the ac was coming out normal before handing them my car even though I know 100% that it was because I never change it from max ac and it was working when the guy that checks the car before they work on it was looking everything over but they offered that if I bought the $30 part they'll only charge 1 hour of service and it ended up taking them 3 hours to fix that so all in all $400 for the radio $30 for the new door actuator and $310 for at least 6 hours of work probably more
