Burger King is good if served fresh and if there isn’t bad customer service it’s even better but if you can’t even one of those things then what’s the point? Fast food has really lost its touched

Food was not hot and tasty. Just didn’t taste fresh. Workers were not friendly to take your order. The kids play area needs some attention, ceiling lights needs to be fixed for more lighting in the room. The play area needs a more comfortable room temperature as well.

Sitting here at this location at 6:57 am, not a car in the parking lot, not even open and it says on the door they open at 6am....

Im not the type to leave a review but this was very uncalled for. The manager here is very rude!! She said she didn't have my order I tried to show her that it was ordered but she refused to look she then told me to pull around to the front she came out with my order handed it to me then flipped me off!! The food is cold and nasty. She definitely doesn't need to be a manager I will not come back to this location

The Asian guy that took my order rushed me. Told him it was for here. He stuck it in a bag like it’s to go. My fries were thrown in the bag upside down. No napkins I ask for salt, no salt, I asked for onion rings, no onion rings. There was no ketchup in the bag. A person should not have to ask for condiments. They should ask if you want ketchup at customer service and it was hot in the restaurant won’t be coming back to this one.

Typical foreign owned business. They do not use the app so loyal bk members cannot get discounts.went months ago they pretended it was an issue and would be fixed. Still not on there. I accidentally ordered to a different location they wouldn't honor the online discount. Will never eat here. They can go bankrupt. Choose American owned businesses if your going to eat.

8/29/23 ordered food on my Burger King App and went to pick it up. Store closes at 12am and I arrived at 10:30pm and store was closed. I still got charged for my food but got no service or food.

On 8/26/23, between the hours of 12:30p-1:30p (after not eating at any BK in over 20 years), my child wanted to stop and try a whopper and so I decided to try the Spicy BK Royal Crispy Chicken combo. We drove off and I took a bit and immediately had to spit it out, it was disgusting. So, I went back through the drive through and asked for my money back. She stated, “she could not give me my money back, she would have to call the manager.” So, I believe his name was Jorge (he was an old Asian man) comes walking up with an attitude and was rude as HELL. He started screaming, “WHAT IS WRONG WITH IT! I told him it was disgusting as hell and I want my money back. So, he took the burger and just threw it and then he opened the register and grab $6 and slammed the register and walked off cursing. So, I told him if he does not like his job then he needs to go find another one because his customer service skills SUCKS. According BK’s Facebook and google reviews this man is very well known as being rude as hell and known to threaten people. Is this the type of person you all want representing your company? I would appreciate some type of resolution because that Asian’s management style and attitude is unacceptable!

3rd time showing up to this burger king to pick up an online order to find out they are closed before their closing time, and get yelled at by the Asian man at the window. Tonight the excuse was they were out of coke.

placed an app order at 9:15pm and totally received the wrong order. They had nobody in the drive tru or in the restaurant, but still failed to get my simple order right. After realizing they messed up the order, they refuse to answer the phone. My son drove back to get our order, and the place was closed at 10pm even though the app says they are open to midnight. I complain to a bot on their app and it said that they will get back to me in 24-48 hours..........and the company doesn't understand why they can't compete with more competent fast food establishments. Burger King is TRASH!!!!!!!!

They should just shut this place down. I've come here several times in the morning to get breakfast and no response with doors locked. If the changed their opening time to 9am just put that on the door.. people are trying to go to work and not waste their time stopping here for a quick breakfast... wish I could give 0 stars!

The Asian manager gives you 1 millisecond to tell him the whole order without him asking "anything else?" And CONSTANTLY interrupts you, then you have a new lady maybe mid 40s to early 50s with glasses with a mental impairment has an attitude problem. Only decent person that I've met there is a ginger teen girl who is very kind. I honestly feel sorry she has to deal with that environment.
