I had the best experience! The staff were amazing and made my little girl feel so special! Bunni was such a great help and got us checked out real quick while keeping a smile on her face. It was probably a tough day in the store, there were quite a few people but the employees kept everything professional and made my daughter feel so appreciated! Thank you to the employees at the Arlington Parks mall Build-a-bear! ?

Loved it! My boyfriend, for our 6 month anniversary, surprised me with creating a build a bear together! Bunni went and assisted me and my boyfriend the whole time with a smile on her face! I can’t wait to go back!

“Bunni” at the checkout counter was RUDE. on her phone, eating snacks, and talking with coworkers, all while we were trying to check out. it was my daughters first birthday and we were so excited to be there but she ruined it. all 5 workers on the floor didn’t care to help us or walk us through anything. they seemed so annoyed we were there when this was a special moment. “Bunni” should be fired.

Hello, I received a build a bear from my boyfriend and I been having it for a long time for about 3 years and right I am in a situation where I had to clean it because he is a very critical situation right now but I don't want the voice recording to be damaged is there way how do I clean it.

Nice employees. Kind of pricey but i like their warranty to keep the bears looking great. You know kids, incidents happen.

First time here in about 10 years. Had a horrible experience the first time I went to build a bear and never wanted to go back until today. My son wanted build a bear and nothing else for his birthday. hesitant I took him. And I am happy I did!!! Simone was so patient and gentle with my son he was excited and all over rather place but her and leslie made it a great experience, they changed my opinion on build a bear i will definitely be back. My son had the best birthday Thanks to these 2. They are so helpful and explain everything and accommodate you to the fullest of their ability.

Grandchildren had birthday characters built and it was an awesome experience with them making their selections and the store staff explaining the ? process! All the representatives were managers on the Thursday night we visited but one of them negated the references of her coworker, she didn't realize my daughter and son-in-law are attorneys's the request was honored and both children left happy about their Build-a-bears ?!

I wish there was a 10 star button. This store is the best they are so kind and nice. I went in to get my bunny re stuffed and they were so nice and kind to answer all my questions.
