What’s the point of making a reservation 1 month in advance if it’s not guaranteed that my truck of choice will be available? If I already paid, then they need to make sure my truck is available. Also, I only needed it for 2 days, but the reservation automatically comes with 5 days. Maybe that’s partially why they’re short on inventory. ? Very unreliable so far.

Got the job done. Took me longer than expected being a "one man moving company." Downsized two units 10x20 & 8x15. So could not get it all in two goes. While me truck was parked in the parking of Budget Truck rental, someone took the liberties to try and break into me rt passenger door tho. So have to have the plate replaced. God's grace kept it from being a 3rd break in this hell bound Arlington!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Budget charged my credit card for using Tolls few days after the truck rental. It was $24.40. And it was okay, maybe the charge was little bit too high, but it was okay. But one month later they charged me unexpectedly $7.51, which is not okay. I didn't even use any truck rentals, I didn't authorise any transaction. They keep my credit card details in their system and occasionally charge hoping I don't notice that. It's a scam. Be careful.

We were helping an elderly friend move cross country. We got a quote from Budget, but when we arrived, the fee had gone up. They tried to charge us for fees they had waived. We had to delay getting the truck and informed both staff on site and their customer service line that we'd be back once this was settled. Customer service re-waived the fee and understood that the elder was getting on a plane while I and my sister secured the truck, packed his stuff and headed to Arizona. The woman at the Budget place today refused to honor ANY of those promises and threw us out when we got, justifiably, verbally upset. Don't go here. They'll screw you.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!! I have been renting from budget on a consistent basis for years for work and personal and have never had issues. This is my first time at this particular location. The workers here have zero customer service. They are extremely rude. Tried to scam me into paying for things that I've never have to pay for. The woman then denied me the rental then when I disputed, she went to get someone else who then went back on what the first woman said. When I questioned why I just went through all that, they denied all of it. That they never told me any if what just happened. But they did it in a way that was really sketchy, like they are used to scamming people. I have never been treated anywhere close to the way they treated me here at any other budget location. I felt so uncomfortable and canceled after that and went a competitor since I was still in need of a rental. There's so much more that I could say but I just want to share my experience as a "renter beware". Also in hopes that Budget execs will audit and fix this issue here. The 2 women running the front desk at this location are awful.

Hi there, this is a big THANK YOU to two individuals at your Arlington, TX truck rental location (3212 E Abrams). Andrea and Johnny went above and beyond to help my husband and I as we navigated our move from TX to the east coast. They are shining examples of people that 1.) care and 2.) know how to problem solve until a solution possible. So thankful they were the individuals working when we came in.

We really appreciated the manager's help at this location. We had a reservation placed on September 10th for Friday, November 26th (two months in advance), and the truck was not available. However, the manager did work really hard to get us a truck available which we were very grateful for. We found this information out later though because when I called this store the two days after being told no trucks were available, after giving my name and rental information, we were told a truck was not available. We cancelled our reservation because we were not sure we could trust what we were being told. Three stars are being given because our experience with the employees (not the manager) were not helpful, but out experience with the manager was very positive and helpful.

Been waiting for almost an hour with no service. I just need to pick up the keys to a truck! Also, they have the parking lot fenced off for some reason, making the place look trashy and it's a big space to have closed off.

Uber rental service are only for credit card holders. They will let you make the reservation and waste money to get a ride there. The Uber app offers to pay for your ride to the location but they deny you the service so I spent $60 of my hard earned money as a wasted investment. Thanks Avis/Budget for nothing.
