Walked in, asked for a room for my family 2 adults, 3 kids. Was only given a room with 2 queen beds, when asking for a roll away bed or something, front desk was rude like it was my fault, saying I told you 2 queen beds, and that I was only allowed 4 people per room and my kids didn't look like kids, ages 12-17. My kids just wanted to go swimming, so we sucked it up trying to figure out how 5 of us were going to sleep in 2 queen beds. Decided to try and make the best of it and got ready to go swimming. Other guest were leaving their doors open and proceeded to curse and yell, strange people just walking through the hotel, not guest, front desk made that clear. Got to the pool there was so much algea on the bottom of the pool it was slimy and slick, by this point we had had enough, this was all within an hour of checking in. Immediately went to the front desk asking for a refund, my family refused to stay in this filth. Was told I couldn't get a refund. It was absolutely the worst experience ever had. Yes I lost my money, but to save the rest of you, would not book with this hotel!!

Very smelly, dirty fridge, dirty sheets (we slept over the covers), I wanted to leave but due to the foot ball game there was no other place to go.... Never coming back!

Not a bad place to stay within walking distance of the stadiums and Texas Live. But, the guy working the front desk is in serious need of an attitude adjustment!Walkability: Within walking distance of all 3 stadiums as well as Texas Live.Food & drinks: Short trip to many places to eat.

BUDGET!!!, keep that word in mind when you reserve in this place. I stayed 3 nights for the thanksgiving game at AT&T stadium.It has comfortable beds. but it looks like the hotel is being repaired.

I understand it's called budget inn... but this I just horrible.... they could easily afford to repaint some rooms at a time. I asked for two extra pillows and the front desk told me she didnt have any and needed to call the manager to make sure. Later I asked the front desk for a do not disturb sign and they said they didn't have any... told me to wait for the manager to arrive. Not to mention random people would pull in to the lot and park and meet other people coming off the street. Shady looking peeps. I had to check on my vehicles multiple times to make sure they weren't broken into.

Some rooms have carpet, and some don't. Only a problem for me having neuropathy. This place definitely saved my life more than once. No deposit, accepts cash, has a swimming pool. Zero stars. Where to start? The rooms were very dirty, they smelled of urine, mold and smoke. The sheets had hair and dirt all over them and the comforters had cigarette burns.The toilet did not flush. The shower water did not get hot. The towel (singular) was very thin. The floors were sticky and the smell traveled with us on our clothes upon leaving. Room was not kept up with. Couldn't pay us to stay there again! Spare yourself and pay a little extra for a better place.

Deserves 0 stars! Worst hotel ever. Pay attention to the reviews and do not stay here! The rooms are disgusting, dirty, old and damaged. They smell like mold and cigarettes. Management does not put any money into the care for these facilities at all. I checked out as soon as I saw the room and they refused to refund me. Finally agreed to a partial refund and never received any payment on my card. Had to file a dispute against them. You have been warned.

LISTEN!! Never book in Here, at first there is a lot of strange people walking around the place, we thought we saw a guy robbing a bike outside we felt very insecure at the point we couldn’t sleep, very bad smell in the rooms.THE WORST PART bed bugs all over the bed, we got bit alot of times , we decide to leave around 3am because everything was just very very very bad, and they didn’t want to give us a refund (I was very mad), but the webpage we booked in made them give the refund. Their excuse was because the manager wasn’t there, the guy even told us like you’re going to have to sleep there with the bugs.We decide to get here for being close to the stadium (Barca vs Real Madrid )but we were very very regretful.We had to go find a new placed at 3-4am.I don’t know have this place is operating.DONT THINK TWICE! DONT GO!!!

It’s very overpriced! Room was in very bad conditions, smelled bad, furniture is old and in bad shape, no shampoo at the bathroom, they didn’t come to change the bed’s blankets, I stayed for 3 days and didn’t change the bag of the bathroom’s trash can… and they charged me $25 extra for parking (even I had a room).In my opinion, to what they offer, this should be a $30 dlls night hotel.

Staff was not rude, but room was not to my liking. First thing I saw was condom in trash! Very horrible and unsanitary. I wanted to leave immediately, but they told me I couldn't get a refund nor did they offer me another room. I will not be staying here again. It was last minute stay for us.

Rooms were pretty overpriced at what would typically be a $79.99 a night type hotel. Rooms smelled musty, and ceiling fans might improve that as the room was next to the indoor pool. Walls need paint badly, carpet hasn't been changed in years. They'd probably save money if they get rid of the full-size white refrigerators that rust is showing through. No coffee in the morning.On a positive note, the staff was friendly, which is always a plus. The Inner courtyard was immaculate and the pool clean with lots of greenery.The basic of this hotel is it was within walking distance of AT&T Stadium, it's only current endearing quality but the owners with improvements could bring it up to snuff.

Absolutely disgusting. Cockroaches, brown stains, the door has been previously kicked in, smelled of cigarette smoke, and all they will tell you is no refund. Also they charged me for parking when I was staying here.Nearby activities: All it’s got is close to At&T
