I was way out of shape when I started coming (200 lbs). But, with Roy's training sessions, I'm in some of the best shape I've ever been in. I have more energy when I run, I can bench more than I could. Overall, the difference between me when I started and me now is drastically clear. If you want to get in better shape, I definitely recommend you check this place out.

I really enjoy Roy's training sessions as he introduces new workout sets every time. It doesn't get bored, and I learn so many different ways to use the machines. With his help, I am able to pay attention to what I'm eating and stay motivated to go to the gym. Highly recommend him if you are looking to build healthy habits!

Roy has been taking care of my training over the past few months. He pushes you the amount you need and then some, all the while making sure you don't injure yourself or aggravate any pains. He also provides solid diet and nutrition advice with routine checks on your weight and body fat. I'm glad I had the opportunity to train with him and would gladly return in the future.

Great trainer/training facilities. Just be ready to work HARD when training with Roy because his military background is no joke. He pays attention to all phases of wellness including feeding to get the best out of his clients. 10/10 recommend.

I've used personal trainers before and it's usually the same workout for each muscle group time and time again. Roy is different. I've been going for over 2 months and I don't think we've ever repeated a workout. For someone like me that doesnt really enjoy working out he definitely keeps it interesting! He knows exactly how to target specific muscle groups. For example, it's not just "leg day" it's "front of the leg and outside of calf day today". We've worked muscles I didn't even know existed. On top of that, he's just a good guy. He works with your schedule and is very accommodating. No contracts and good prices so you should definitely check him out.
