INAPPROPRIATE passive-aggressive weaponization of the words "honey", "dear", "darling" and the customer's first name to insult and reject the customer. This approach was exercised today by the assistant manager and another female employee even after I redirected them. I also showed them on the Brighton's website that they were misusing the "Promise lifetime guarantee" policy to accommodate their own laziness or personal spite.
My expesnsive leather registered bag needed maintenance: Wear&Tear (pealed off portions on handles) and that was denied. Repair service was not offered 3 months ago when I brought the bag to them. Additionally, the 2 employees showed egregious discriminating disrespect (I am US-European, 56yo female professional) as they repeatedly refused to address me "M'am" the way they addressed other customers in the store and moreover claiming absolutely-falsely that it's the standard of their store -- and in Texas -- to address female customers with endearment terms. BAD SERVICE, DISHONORED PROMISE OF BRIGHTON. Other Brighton stores have been always so much more customer-friendly, I may go there or stop being a customer.
No one should be forced to be the "darling honey" of these wrongly-trained employees .... To my knowledge: Texas is Conservative and conservative terms of address are Sir and M'am. That's how I was trained here to address my customers.
I suffer from a heart issue, don't want to have a heart attack while debating common sense with Brighton employees.

I've shopped in this store for years and after today's experience, may never again. I was greeted at the door by Nanette, who was cocky from the second I walked in the door. I told her I wanted to return an item, because I got one for Christmas and either exchange or return another. She proceeded to tell me immediately that she would have to have the freebie back, which I told her it was fine, it was in the car and would have to have the item back that I purchased for a Christmas present. I told her my sister would be exchanging that. She then proceeded to tell me should wouldn't take back the other bracelet back , because it was purchased with the aid of PayPal. She asked me if I wanted to exchange the watch band, I said I would see what they had (meaning watch bands). She didn't ask, just took me to the purses that were on sale. When I asked where the watchbands were, instead of asking the style I was looking for, she started showing me the most expensive bands. When I showed her which ones I wanted to look at, this is where I began to feel the profiling. She very snobbily said, "Oh your a leather girl", looking at me like it was wrong. I made my selection and took it to the front and all of a sudden she couldn't find me in their system and couldn't take the item back because of when it was purchased. I was also told my sister couldn't bring hers back either. When I asked her when that policy started, she told me it's always been that way. I told her we brought stuff back that my mom had never worn, still had the tags on them, still in style and never been worn....and were exchanged for a purse for my sister. She said, well whoever did that should be fired", and handed me my receipts with a very snobby Happy New Year. I walked out telling her I would not be back and instead of trying to make things right, she very snobbily just said "Bye". Yep profiling.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in to shop before Christmas for my mother in law and bought a necklace. Somehow the management was able to manage to mess up which gift they put in my bag. So my mother in law opened a random gift at Christmas. How could you possibly F** that up, I mean I handed the necklace I wanted to buy and paid for it but left with someone else's gift. I mean when I say nobody was in the store, nobody was in the store. Like how do you mess that up, I have a 10 year old that could check me out of that store a million times (no exaggeration) and I'd leave with the correct item. Not to forget, nobody was in the store!!!! This is beyond me. The level of for lack of better terms stupid is off the charts. Brighton Arlington wins the award for BAD this Christmas season.

I had a wonderful experience at this store! I reserved my items online because I was going in at lunch and wouldn't have a lot of the time. They had my items pulled and ready for me when I arrived. I also found an item that I really liked but it had a scratch so they ordered me another that will be delivered to my house. The women working were very polite, pleasant and helpful. I will most certainly return to this location!

Went in on Saturday and was greeted quickly and sweetly. I asked for assistance getting 2 pairs of birthstone earrings for my new (teenage) granddaughters. I was not familiar with the months I needed and relied on the sales-person's recommendation. Was a little disappointed on Easter morning giving one of the girls the wrong color! So much for "knowledgeable sales staff"~~
