Martin was so patient with helping me find the right boots for me. I must have tried over a dozen lol Everyone was kind and willing to assist. The place is also very organized and neat.

Had the hardest time doing a return even with having the receipt first they stated the store had no cash on site upon returning two of the registers mumbled something to each other, and then looked up at me as they were laughing because I was conducting a return first I was returning the item because the boots were too big and I I found some boots that I like better at another store, which is why I want my return. Nobody has to judge act a type of way towards another human. Very unprofessional and disrespectful

This is one of the best Boot Barns in DFW. I drive all the way from Lewisville to shop this store. They carry a very large variety of western staples as well as fun pieces to add to your club attire or festival wardrobe. Employees are always very friendly too!

Ask for Randy "El Chino"if you want great customer service and very knowledgeable of what he is selling. Props to this guy and hiw friendly he was. Top notch guy. He gave of great advise on choosing boots and even help show us how to take care of the bots we bought. Nothing but praise for this guy.
