Exceptional customer service! I was ready to do my usual upgrade, and this location was the closest one to me. I noticed in the stores they have a smaller selection, than what is online. On the flip side, you get better prices in the stores than online. Go, figure! The purchase and setup were done without much effort, and the time spent there was pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you, Crystal, and Mister (yes, that's his name)

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT patronize this establishment. I went there to purchase a new phone after mine had been stolen and they just turned around and ripped me off again. They lied to me then sold me a refurbished iphone 6. They told me they were doing me a favor. They also talked me into a 38$ case that lights up and drains your battery. Well 2 weeks after I get the phone from them not even two weeks about one after buying the phone it just decided that it didn't want to work anymore. So I go to the boost nearest me and he says well take it where you bought it and have them put the correct sim card in the phone. When I get there they sell me bunch of bs and lies saying I had done something to the phone and they told me there was nothing they could or would do to fix what they had messes up in the first place. They are just sorry people and they need to be taken out of business. Even while I was there another couple had come in with some questions about a phone they were trying to get unlocked from the cricket network and they could tell that they were attempting to get over on them and they said nope took their phone and walked out.

They really need to fix these darn hours. I thought maybe they had upgraded to 9pm. Drove here and sorely disappointed!!! Oh well...
