Called them because I paid the bill & it still wasn’t turning on, the lady hung up on me multiple times. Would not recommend also asked to speak to manager and she hung up on me.

No help whatsoever, besides talking on her phone and putting on makeup while a customer is in your face. Very unprofessional.

Decent location and service was ok but they're a bit more expensive than other locations, Was quoted $75 but they didn't have the phone however the other location did for $92.

The boost mobile rep at this store was very courteous and he above and beyond by refunding my money after I bought a phone on the boost up plan that I was not satisfied with. It was fair and I recommend this store very highly.
