Over priced and absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a dealership. I was asked to pay for an over priced diagnostic 3 times ($900), their incompetence ruined an alternator ($2800) they insisted that I needed an OEM BMW battery($700) to fix the problem and then asked for over $7000 to replace a radio. My car was there for over six weeks and when finally picked up the only real work done was to unplug a fuse. I will never go there again.

Recently purchased a 3 series from BMW of Arlington. It was a great experience. Carter my sales contact was very helpful. Really knowledgeable about the different cars and listened carefully to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Everything about the process feels premium. I love the car and plan to get my next car from the same dealer when that time comes. Would absolutely recommend

This was my first time using BMW of Arlington for my car. I was worried that the cost of doing business with them would be more than i could afford. But, after meeting the service man ( Mohammed) and him find a better deal that what i was expecting, I am very please with the out come. I will certainly take my car there again.

Stay away, what's right is right and what's not us not! I went spent 3 hours waiting for another customer to make a decision to purchase a vehicle (mind you, management wouldn't let me even see the vehicle while another customer was negotiating). They decided not to buy, so I applied and told them I would buy. My luck that at the time I finished my application, "BMW corporate" closed their offices so they couldn't close the deal. Kenny and company told me to come back Monday morning so we can finish the purchase. My credit was pulled the day corporate closed; I told them I would buy it, and by Monday morning when I called, the car was sold! The same courtesy was not given to me. My credit was pulled, and they tried to get me into a more expensive car. When I asked to talk to the manager, I was given the run around. When he finally talked to me all he was willing to say is that.....nothing. If this how they do business, in front of open doors I can't even imagine what they do behind doors. If you read this and decide to buy!?! Don't complain!!! I'm warning you they have bad business practices. Oh... and their GM Mo won't even speak to you. STAY AWAY!
Mo, your poor attempt and statement is just a ploy. I should reach out to you?! HA...you have my number in your system but just in case you "don't"... never mind. I should reach out to you. You don't care.

Happened to be in Arlington and remembered that my service was due. Called Arlington BMW and asked for Sovann Vun, she always takes care of me!
She had my car ready in very little time, had a half price oil change I had received the day before. Great service experience when you can get it done ! In and out thanks to everyone that made it happen.

As a business owner I stand behind my parts and work! It is disappointing that they won't return brand new parts not even installed on the vehicle! I am out $1000 because they refused to return them! DON'T BUY ANY PARTS FROM THERE PARTS DEPARTMENT AS A BUSINESS! PARTS MANAGER HAS NO GIVE A Crap about customers! Shoukd have know better!

Very bad service, I have had to visit this place several times, they never solve it...the filters of the car they sold are extremely dirty, the car has problems...but when I went to get the money back because they did not meet the deadline that they were going to deliver the car to me...they stressed that THEY ARE A BRAND SELLER PLACE. that they cannot sell you something that is not in good condition......I don't know what the brand is for because the truth is not serves....

I went there today to buy a car for my wife, long story short. I didn't like the finance options they were offering. ZERO stars to KENNY NYGUYEN.
I was told by Arthur my sales rep that THEY WOULD NOT RUN MY CREDIT TO MULTIPLE BANKS. WHAT DID KENNY DO? HE SENT IT TO A BANK WHILE WAS THERE AND I WAS ALREADY WALKING OUT THE DOOR. BY THE TIME I GOT HOME HE HAD SUBMITTED TO TWO MORE BANKS! AFTER I TOLD THEM TO STOP RUNNING MY CREDIT! THATS 3 BANKS WITH A HARD PULL PLUS THE HARD PULL FROM THE DEALERSHIP! NOT TO MENTION HE SPOKED TO ME IN A PATRONIZING WAY LIKE IM A LITTLE KID ABOUT MY DTI, LIKE I DIDNT UNDERSTANDTHE BIG BAD F&I STUFF. THIS IS BMW RIGHT? TREAT US LIKE ADULTS AND THAT YOU ARE BMW. WHEN I ASKED ARTHUR ABOUT THE FIRST SUBMITTED INQUIRY, HE LOOKED SURPRISED AS MUCH AS I WAS PISSED! HE DIDN'T HAVE AN ANSWER.
THANKS BMW OF ARLINGTON! ILL NEVER COME BACK!
I TRULY HOPE YOU ARE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ALL THOSE INQUIRIES THAT WEREN'T NECESSARY BY SOMEONE ABOVE YOU THAT ACTUALLY UNDERSTANDS and CARES WHAT MY EXPERIENCE WAS TODAY.

Spent 6300.00 on repairs needed, and it took way to long. But what really turns me off is they didn't even wash the car. Not the BMW service they brag about. Really disappointed in BMW Arlington. Major lack of communication as well. I will find another BMW dealership to help next time.
