My husband Zachary brought home this GORGEOUS flower arrangement for our anniversary ? I literally cried!!! It is so beautiful!!!!!! And it's even beautiful before all the stargazer lilies open fully so its going to have another wave of beauty ? true artisan work. Thank you for these! I absolutely love them!

Worst place ever. My coworker didn’t receive her order until three days after Valentine’s Day this place sucks. Her husband is always on point for them to deliver flowers at the end of the day after she had already left the building and to think they had the nerve to bring the rest of her order on Friday. SMH the least they could have done is bring her a new set of flowers or just issue a refund. If you’re looking for quality service it’s not this place.

I just got off the phone with somebody who works at this flower shop. I asked if they had any bouquets that were mostly blue and she responded in a snippytone. “God does not make that many blue flowers”. Then I said “I’m sorry what?” She repeated what she said and I said “OK thank you” I then called back and actually expressed that the way she said that was snippy and then she told me “ Ma’am I don’t have time to talk to you” and hung up the phone on me.So I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but that’s the level of customer service I got. Then the owner responds to my review basically accusing me of lying saying.“WE also know that often, those who do not get the answer they want when they call or those who lack flower knowledge or do not understand pricing for artisan work will take their frustration out on a business in a public forum. “Ma’am I did not make up anything and you are one of hundreds of flower shops in the area. I got my blue flowers on the same day from another business. Your staff was rude. You could have kept the response with the fist sentences “ Beverly's florist is a reputable florist and treats all their customers with respect. We will accept the feedback and strive to do better.” And used it as an opportunity to better your businesses but instead you try to accuse me of lying.

bad customer service , who ever answer the phone has an ugly attitude . but also they also need to learn how to deliver . coworker had some flowers delivery sent to her on valentine days . the next day they delivered her teddy bear and her chocolate because they forgot to delivered it to her . think again before ordering something here .be aware your not going to get your items on the same day .

Beverly's Florist gives excellent, kind and compassionate service! On Thanksgiving eve, I called Beverly's Florist fifteen minutes before closing; looking for a plant to express my condolences for the loss of a family member. The lady who answered my call, kindly waited for me. In few minutes, I left her place with a healthy, beautifully arranged plant. Thank you!

There were a few things that weren't that big of an issue when the recipient received the order...it was surprise birthday present, but instead of an apology by the owner, I got a snarky/rude response. They did fantastic beyond a few mistakes which happens (mainly it was the fact they spelt her name wrong and I didn't totally agree on a cap of any kind on the dog flower arrangement (although it was discussed as a possibility) but these are small things that I was just simply being to their attention... it was the way the customer (me) was treated when I brought it to their attention why I'm leaving this 2 star review...otherwise it would have been a 5 star review. Also, I was blamed for throwing the schedule off, when they offered to get the flowers to her business at an earlier time, which was INCREDIBLY rude coming from a business owner. This was a completely different customer experience from when I went to them initially for their business. I was then hung up on, which made matters worse for my feelings about the customer service. I truly do recommend this company because they did a good job mostly on the arrangement, but currently have a bad taste in my mouth for their lack of care once it was all said and done. I'm in love with this woman I sent this to, so I wanted everything perfect for her, and this company was very willing to make it a great experience. I'll edit this to a 4 star, because in the end, it all worked out and I'm not a petty person and I'm grateful for the whole way everything was arranged, and the fact that they made special arrangements to get the flowers there early enough for her to receive them since she'll be gone all day. They overall did a fantastic job in all honesty. I just didn't feel the rudeness was appropriate at all especially when I paid for an over $80 arrangement. I hope this gets reviewed by the business owner and I hope she considers to be a bit more polite and understanding when they make a mistake and a customer politely calls to inform them about it. No one is perfect, thought, and yes I do recommend this floral shop...I mean look at this work of art!

There are many florists in our area now but i can say without a doubt that Beverly's Florist is the best one that I have used in many years. On very short notice I needed a funeral wreath for my husbands Memorial Mass and they made the most beautiful wreath i had ever seen. We had so many comments from our family and friends on how beautiful it was. Thank you to everyone at Beverlys Florist for making our day a little brighter.

I ordered flowers for my Mom in Texas yesterday from Beverly's Florist. They were delivered today, and they were very beautiful. I highly reccomend this florist! Very friendly, great customer service and an outstanding product. Flowers always bring joy, thank you Beverly's Florist!

Ordered flowers for my Mom's birthday on May 9, 2022. Paid $80.00 for them to be delivered to her that day. Once I arrived at her house on May 9th I seen the flowers laying over on the bench on her porch. All the water was out of them and they were all wilted and beat up!!! I will NEVER order from you again! I paid too much money for that kind of service. They didn't even ring the doorbell because my Mom and Dad both were in the living room!

I ordered flowers for my mother for her 91st birthday. I informed the florist that my mother may need assistance putting the flower arrangement on a table inside her home. They delivered a beautiful bouquet on the morning of her birthday, they placed the arrangement on a table inside her home, and even read the card to my mother. My mother was so very impressed and loved the extra service she received!! Beverly's Florist went above and beyond! My mother was very happy which makes me very happy! I highly recommend Beverly's Florist!!

This place is horrible. I placed an order by 1800flowers since 4/5 and they did not have the product and for 3 days(4/7) never informed 1800flowers or myself. I had to call several times and now I am forced to just cancel the order. No good!!!

Delivery always prompt. Wife gets flowers once a week from here. Will never use another florist.
