Lizeth is the manager in Bella Vida she is the nicest manager I have ever met she is literally so sweet and she is always there if u need something I love her I love this property because is always clean and good taken care of.

hello. I've been wanting to complain for a long time, but I'm not the type of person who does it, the reason is that I have an education, but I reached my limit. A certain Afro-American person does not have, causes many problems, slander, lies, even puts the tenants of the property at risk, you cannot live decently, when this person only seeks to create problems and divide people. To the manager named lizette, who is in charge of maintenance, she does an excellent job, she has been in conflict with this woman even for insignificant and stupid things, we cannot continue like this, I call on the neighbors to take serious action against her Mrs. Smith from apartment 115, stop your negative attitude or seek professional help.

DONT MOVE HERE! The lady that runs this apartment is the worst. She lets whole apartment units flood before she does anything and then threats to leave you homeless. I cannot stress enough DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Was sitting outside and the maintenance guy was telling these kids to pick up rocks. It’s not his job to tell them what to do. I mean the mom was sitting right there. He’s very rude and unprofessional. And the new management is awful. Need to bring zulema back.

I rarely leave reviews, but I can honestly say I enjoy living at Bella Vida Apartments, I love my one-bedroom apartment, the new appliances, light and water fixtures and finally and apartment with no carpet. Zulema is amazing and helped and explained everything to my husband and me. I am new to the area, and I love it. The complex has plenty of Parking, is very clean. I feel safe coming home late and all my neighbors are friendly.

I was very impressed by the management and how she represented herself , the Bella Vida Apartments and it's expectations of their residents. She was very informative and professional which lead me to become part of it's family. My apartment is very beautiful and every thing works properly. The other tenants I have encountered have been pleasant and respectful. I am proud to be apart of this environment.Thanks Hope

Horrible customer service I called for a week and visited There location 3 times last week during business hours with No contract of a off management. I finally got in contact with someone a week later for the her to tell me she listed the last one this morning.

I literally just signed my 3rd anuel lease here at Bella Vida. Recently, there's been new ownership and management. Remodeling and upgrades to the units, that we've definitely needed, began almost immediately after their take over. The new Manager Zulema is amazing! In the short period of time shes been here, she's shown to be very dedicated to Bella Vida and proactively meets the units needs. She is mindful, shows much empathy and goes above n beyond for her tenants. I speak from experience. I let her know of a significant problem that was not tended to for the past year I've lived here....and she wasted no time to begin the remedy to my issue at hand. Witnessing the day to day upgrades and attentiveness to our requests for our units needs, reassures me that I made the right choice to continue calling Bella Vida my home. ????????
