I have had nothing but problems with this bank I opened a checking account and they held my check deposit for almost a week then I came in for a cashiers check and their making me wait for approval on it and pay a $10.00 fee as if it’s their money this is the worst bank to deal with. ???.

I don't know why there are such low reviews. We have banked with PNC for years and have had absolutely ZERO issues. Literally none. ??♀️

Worst bank employees. Worst service. Worst bank overall. They marked checks as "suspicious" multiple times for no reason and I've had to redo payments. All locations of this bank should be shutdown.

The absolute most unprofessional experience! Waited 20+ minutes only to have my concerns over fraudulent charges on a blocked card ridiculed. I was cut off and told they didn't know why I had pending charges on my card that was closed and issued a new card for the week prior. After the 11th "I don't know" answer I asked to speak with a manager to which (without even checking) was told "he is too busy for you, make an appointment " when I denied stating I had already waited with my young son she finally got up and went to see the manager. He then told her they weren't charges the were a pending refund from the company who the fraudulent charges the week prior belonged to. Had I not pushed for an answer I would have never been made aware of this as they did not show up that way. The Manager who was visible from the waiting area outside was clearly not busy and did not even come speak to me after the whole episode. Do better BBVA because your employees from management on down are an absolute joke! With all the snarkyness from this place I was more than ready to close my account but of course have to wait till the refund charges are posted not pending.. I can't wait to change banks!

I've been banking with BBVA forever. Today I was going to take my family to the Renaissance Fair. I tried to pull out some money, to find out they had canceled my debit card and could not tell me why. I called customer service and asked them to reactivate it. They bounced me around a few times to eventually tell me there's nothing they can do and I can wait 2+ business days to get my money out. That's not helpful how can I possibly ever trust this bank to give me my money when I need it the most, isn't this the point of a bank after all? I would advise anyone else to stay far away from this bank.

My last review was flagged for some reason. My fiancé and I opened an account with BBVA in Arlington, Tx off Highlander. We had a checking and a savings opened. When we opened the account, we gave all the information that Lance asked for 2 (two) debit cards and opted out of paper checks. 2 weeks after we opened the account I got a debit card with no assigned PIN number so I couldn't activate it and my fiancé got paper checks. All the information we gave was put into the system incorrectly so the only things they had correct in the system were our names and address. I called about the issues with debit card and to ask why we got paper checks, the lady hung up on me mid-sentence. I went in on May 14th to remove all our money from the account and close it due to poor customer service. They easily gave me the money but when the teller told me the account was closed...she lied. My account is still open and we will be contacting the corporate office to take care of issues here on out because, we feel as if our business is not finished with BBVA Highlander.

This branch so terrible service, when I closed my account they didn’t refund the full amount ,when I called to ask about my refund they hang up the phone, they so rude,it’s since March 2020 till now they haven’t refund the rest to me. They said they don’t own me anymore, for sure I lost my money in this branch. I’m not recommend this bank

The lady named Joy working today 10/30/2020 told me to take all the paper clips off $2400 in ones because "they didn't need the paperclips" I've been making payments to my landlord here for over a year now and there's always issues, always long lines and always someone unprofessional. It takes a few seconds to take the paperclips off the money and trash them before you run it in the money counter and it keeps the money organized or from flying away when I'm putting it in the drop box. So now I'm watching Joy and another woman not only count the ones but straighten them because they were all loose in the drop box taking up more of not only my time but also the time of the people behind me. If I wasn't forced to make my payments here I would NEVER give my business to a BBVA bank. Please hire tellers with more common sense.

Went in to open a credit card and because it was 30 minutes till close the girl felt like she didn't need to help me. BBVA has really fallen I think ill take my business elsewhere.
