Went to pull out cash and needed over 2k. They don't have tellers or money in the location and send you to the ATM in the lobby. Very inconvenient. Hold your card in machine for 30 seconds. Then ID for 30 seconds. My ID expired by 2 weeks. So I zelle it next door to my Wells Fargo account and go in and get it. Took half the time and didn't hassle me. I will be seeing about moving my home loan over and will.quit using PMC.

We recently set up a personal account with Nina @ PNC as well as a HELOC. Nina was incredible to work with and the process was extremely simple and fast. I love the level of customer service I receive with Nina and can’t say enough great things about how she goes above and beyond for her clients.

This location must be under new management because the level of service I've received lately from this location is 5star. I recommend anyone use this location for your banking need. They are are top tier.

If you don't have an account with this bank and attempt to cash a check from their bank they will charge a 2% fee even though it's their own banks check and if you try to deposit it at another bank they won't give you the money for almost 2 weeks. If you wish to open an account with PNC you must maintain a balance of at least $1000. I would not recommend this bank at all as they penalize you in order to get your money

3301 Matlock Road is a hospital address. Medical City Arlington is at this address. BBVA is a bank down the street. There is, however, an ATM in the hospital. But the address listed is the actual hospital itself.
