Every single PNC I've ever been to has has the least knowledgeable employees, the most run around tactics, and the slowest service. With other bank options, I'm not sure how this bank is even still in operation.

I started off bad with this bank but towards the end I will say these ladies are great when it comes to doing all your banking needs I am sorry to the ladies for always being in a terrible mood you ladies are amazing and thank you for always being there for us Nicole, Krystal, and I cant remember the other ladies she works in the drive thru mostly

Door and online show bank is open on Saturday’s. Please update your hours if you are going to be closed. Heck a paper on the door like chase would be great!Customer service is worse as hung up twice then finally someone partially was able to help but outsourced call center in Columbia makes it hard. Thanks Brian for trying….Bank needs major changes! Time to move my accounts…

One of the best banks I’ve ever used I’ve had quite a few. They are always there for me if I need to make any deposits or transactions! the drive-through window is fast and courteous I’ve never felt belittled or spoken towards with an attitude, everybody here is great absolutely recommended

The reviews of this location are aweful. But I can say that Ariana Stockdale is going to change that. She is a very sweet and hard worker. Always smiling and making me want to go back to this location. I haven't always had good experiences with this BBVA, but she is definitely a beatiful light in a dreadful sea.

The manager at this location (TESSIE SANTIAGO) is extremely rude, does not care about customers, and is not willing to help in any way shape or form. I've had nothing but issues the whole year and a half that I have had an account with BBVA. I do not recommend this bank at all. This manager told me that she would gladly close my account that day. Very unprofessional.

The ATM drive through is terrible! Huge potholes and tight squeeze. Been like that for years.

Kind people on the phone but raced to get there before they closed because do not live near this branch, one by me not allowing checks cashed in drive thru so I get there 6 minutes before 5 and they already closed all lanes of drive thru closed unbelievable. So branches have different policies and close early what a mess. Compass has always been my favorite bank and I have banked with all major banks.

What a disgusting experience. I have been cashing my Chase payroll checks here for over a month but today they said they have never been able to to it. So who's cashed them. Do not go here! No wonder they only have 2 stars. The people up here have no clue about customer service. Find another Bank and do it quick.
