Made a purchase online, called 3 hours after to see if it was ready, got to the store and was told the plug in’s I ordered were “sold out” I told her no there’s a wall full of them I was just over there, she then said the promotion ones are sold out? So the same exact bottle that is advertised as part of the sale is more because it wasn’t on a table but on the wall? Make it make sense. Ended up spending $15 than expected which I know isn’t much but do not advertise something on sale if it’s not and then come up with an excuse that doesn’t even make sense OR JUST HONOR THE PRICE SOMEONE PAID ONLINE

Never coming to this location ever. My mom placed an online order for puck up it was during memorial day weekend as she approched the counter the employee asked her what could "she help with" my mom is not fluent in english and the employee rudely said sorry "no spanish" and asked for the next person in line. She didnt even ask for anyone else of her cowkers for help or try to even help her. I undersrand is a weekend that is full of costumers but you have to keep the costumer happy. She spends hundrends of dollars on this company. If your the employee reading this. SHAME ON YOU! that is very disrespectful!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Left disappointed from this location told to call customer service. I did and was directed to go to the store in the mall. Called them over there talked to a super helpful manager. Problem solved. I’m sure this location could have handled the issue as well. Total lack of professionalism.
