ATM issues abound. A while back one of their machines ate three checks with nothing deposited. Took a while but the issue was resolved in that we got the money back. But the machines are still a joke. I just tried to deposit five twenty dollars bills, one at a time to be safe but it spit them right back out. I got lucky. But I will never use them again for deposits. Very inconvenient.

I have been a Bank of America customer for 13 years and the service has been great to me. I know everyone has there opinions about things. Some good, some bad which is good. But I have no complaints so far. Thank you for the years of service.

My older brother use atm at this location he deposit 400 .but there some fault in the machineand money was not deposit.i call the number they didnt refund my money.

I like coming to this branch because it's the one closest one in our area to our business. Today, I happened to get "helped" by Peter Ramirez. I went in hopes to open an personal account for myself and my kids. He entered my information and when he got to my kids information he told me he couldn't open my kids because I forgot their passports seeing that their under age and that's their only identification. So I said that's fine and he asked if I wanted to come back or come another day at my convenience I said "I would come another day at my convenience" thinking he would still proceed with opening my personal account he hands me my ID, business card and clicks off the computer. I'm looking confused and ask "Are you not going to continue with opening my account" and he replied "Oh I thought you'd want to come back" I said "No, I still want to open mine since I have everything you need" he starts being hesitant so I grab my belongs and respectfully say "I'll go to another branch clearly you're not interested in opening my personal account" with a smart tone he says "Have a blessed day" There was no need for him not to continue on opening my account while having all my information. A professional relationship banker makes sure a customer doesn't walk out unsatisfied and does their best in helping customers.

I love this bank so much. I was setting up my own bank account the other day and the banker Peter was so nice and answered all of our questions he even answered questions that we didn’t ask him which was very helpful the staff are nice and friendly and I recommend Peter if you need a banker and I recommend this Bank of America location in general?

I’ve banked with BOA since the age of 16. I’ve only had one issue where they got my husbands info mixed up with my brother in laws and he had access to our money. This happened at another branch tho. I’ve been coming to this branch for a few years now and I’ve never had a problem until now. I’m dealing with a loan advisor and she is currently out for the day. Her back up is no help and when I call BOA the loan representative won’t answer a simple question either. Everyone keeps telling me I have to wait till my advisor comes back. Other than that this place is great. Super friendly staff.

This location has the most miserable and unfriendly tellers of all time. Every time I have had to go to this bank I feel unwelcome and unwanted. This contributed. to my desire to close my Bank of America accounts.I went to close my account today (also due to Bank of America having ridiculous monthly maintenance fees and overall terrible service) and asked to close my accounts. It was 15 minutes before the bank closed.The tellers told me no one could help me and to call the 800 number. to close the accounts. So I called the number and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes in the parking lot the automatic message told me "sorry no one can take your call" at which point I went back in and asked if anyone there could help. The teller told me they could close the account for me but I would have to come back tomorrow since they are about to close and then the manager came out and pointed at the clock. They weren't even closed yet. Worst service ever.Avoid this bank and this branch in particular like the plague.

I keep receiving collection notices from BOA due to a mistake on their end. Someone fraudulently went into my account and processed $1K worth of purchases. I did a claim, BOA said the charges were indeed fraudulent and gave me my money back then closed the claim. Months later they (unbeknownst to me) re-opened the claim and said they determined the charges were valid and took the credit back overdraftingthe account by $1K. Now they are expecting me to pay for their stupidity of re-opening a closed and settled claim. I have NEVER heard of a bank doing that. They can stop with the collection notices because they aren't getting a dime from me. The charges were fraudulent I gave proof, your disputes department agreed. Whoever felt it necessary to go back on a 6 month claim should pay it because I'm not

I went to to get notary and have to wait 1:30 because they never have enough staff. Most of their staff doesn't like to take care customer because you can tell they move like a turtle. When they notary my document they try to give me excuses and I told them that I have been with baking boa over 20 years and I never have an issue but only this location. All these people at this location doesn't care and they don't want to work. No wonder they don't have a lot of customer at this location. I almost close my account because the service I received at this location. I went to the one locate on Copper and they were awesome took less than 5 minute and great customer service.

Everyone who works here is always super nice and incredibly patient. They do however always seem to be a little understaffed so the line often tends to take a while. We've ran into a few problems using this bank but they've always been graciously resolved and not a big deal. All around good people working here, just wish they would have more people working or be a little more efficient!

I have had an account here for several years, I keep getting random fees and charges pop up on my bill with no explanation. Honestly I feel like bank of america is scamming me and when I go up there to demand they fix it they humbly refund my money and say sorry. I deposited $426.00 even to pay off my credit card in the ATM located in the drive thru and it gave me a recipe saying it could not prose's my transaction I called them 3 months ago and I even went to the bank and showed them my recipe and they said the ATM didn't have extra money eventually some one that works for Bank of America ATMs stole my money it's now going to be April and Bank of America has not credited my account ??? COSTOMERS BE AWARE!!

Always, only one lane open in the drive thru commercial lane. These transactions usually take longer and I understand that, however, we are on business time and need more efficiencies.
