I went into back to be seen and the staff wasn’t help at all and I saw people come in and were acknowledged coming in and leaving and even seeing me leave upset the lady didn’t even say anything just to go back and share this with her! All of us at important customers and when you the staff need to treat us as such!!!!

I have been a Bank of America customer for 13 years and the service has been great to me. I know everyone has there opinions about things. Some good, some bad which is good. But I have no complaints so far. Thank you for the years of service.
