I opened my account with BOA a little over a yr ago. But I always wait to do my reviews. So far so good. They were very helpful when helping me with my personal and business account. Answered all my questions the only thing is the wait time could definitely be better when going inside for business

Time for this location to close, wouldn't do the simplest of task like deposit a money order, makes me want to close all my accounts with BoA, but a shock that they have a 1.9 rating

I had a good Experience with BOA. This was my first bank account, I was attended by Landon, great guy, helped me with all the queries I got my credit card within a week, My Debit card never got delivered and I had to call customer service to resend my card. Landon called to check on me if I had any issues with any of their services. Overall I was attended properly and I am satisfied with the services.

We booked an appointment for some banking services and they took care of it very well.. the manager even called me prior to the appointment to check if I have any questions before coming to the appointment..

There is only 1 teller and the wait is over an hour in line inside. The drive up teller is never available. This location is pointless. Save time and drive the extra miles to another location!!! Just horrible! Staff had no sense of urgency or customer service to explain the wait or lack of staff
