I don't know what the negative reviews are about this was a great place , made sure I got the help I needed . they seem to have almost everything so I will be coming up here for my Ar-15 build for sure

2 Stars because the optic I got is fine
Other than that, the black lady with glasses in there is very very strange, gave us a bad vibe, from the point we walked in. As soon as we walk in she looks at us like we are interrupting her work or walking into the whole wrong store. Anyways me and one of my friends were in there and she is giving me a wide eyed stare right into my eyes the whole time I was there. Almost like she was on meth or cocaine. I had even looked into her eyes for a good 5-10 seconds to try to get her to stop. She didn’t stop at all. It made me so uncomfortable to the point I was genuinely getting mad. I wanted to say something but I was doing my best to be respectful. Keep in mind this was the whole time we were in the store. From the second we walked in, her eyes did not leave ME until we left. Mean, sour stare.

I recently purchased from this company and their staff sold me the wrong part. When I returned they tried playing it off as it was my fault when I clearly asked multiple times before purchasing. Now they refuse to refund my money and suggest I figure it out on my own. I do not recommend this company unless you are in desperate need to get screwed over.

I recently purchased a pistol slide from them which they ensured would fit. When having it installed come to find out they sold me the incorrect part. When I asked for a refund they tried playing it off that it was my fault and refused to refund. The manager then told me I would get a call back which I had to make and still they refused to give me my money back. So overall terrible customer service and terrible store policy of no refund only in store credit. I would recommend that you make this place a desperate solution if you can't find what your looking for.

Dealt with a very nice lady from this company at the gun show on 4/30. Too bad they never put the buffer tube in the bag but I guess that’s on me for not checking even though I paid for it? Asked for a receipt twice and got a business card instead. So I guess we are trading a negative review for a buffer tube because there is no way to prove it. Feel extremely cheated.

Be prepared to pay more in person than online. Staff was friendly but unfortunately their pricing in store is 25% higher than online. I guess they make bank off shipping charges since they let me walk out without spending the $60 I was planning on spending.

Great customer service and employees are very well versed in their products. Biggest thing is they can work with you on what you'd like for set up especially on the AR15 platforms and you can't beat their selection.

These folks have all AR parts from a spring to a barells. V competitive pricing. I don't think anyone offers a better selection on AR parts than Backwoods sports in the DFW area.

I love the holster I bought from Backwood sports. My 1791 concealed holster is top notch. I also received a Magpul grip for my ar 15 and it fits like a charm!!!

Come to get some parts for my ar15, the staffs are very nice and helpful.Update: I should have changed my review to some of the staff are friendly and helpful, while some are not, last time I was here some middle age-old man was helping us and I feel like we got ripped off. From now on if he was at the front desk I would just walk out.
