The staff was prompt and ready to assist despite a line of 10+ impatient angry customers. Ended up keeping the Corolla (Uber rental) for 6 months and the branch was helpful with the few issues I had with the car. After returning it I had an issue with an extra charge but Avis customer service addressed it in under 15 minutes....
