Wyatt and Tristan were so helpful and friendly. Wyatt installed my Nissan battery, and Kristen located and installed the cabin filter, which was not easy to do. And they both refused to take tips!
I always go to Autozone for their great prices and good service, and they are Woman-friendly.

DO NOT come to this location. I had 2 people tell me they put the wrong battery in my car. The store manager could care less and didnāt want to rectify the situation. The regional manager said they supposedly put in the correct battery even though 2 mechanics let me know they did not. I had to pay $40 extra to get the correct battery. Avoid this headache

Zandra was so nice when we came in the door! She assisted me right away! Tristan P was so kind and checked our battery and assisted in putting a new one on! He was informative and patient as I asked many questions! You donāt see genuine and honest young men these days! Tristan was all of this! Thank you so much Auto Zone, Zandra and Tristan for having amazing customer service!

I came in today needing to test my battery and it turned out to be a bad battery. I've had my car for 8 years now and I've always had to change the battery myself because I've been told it's too many components, so they won't do it. But today, Wyatt, went above and beyond, he changed my battery and we came across a problem where something accidentally came unplugged and my power steering went out, but he came back out and undid everything he had just done and got the cord plugged back in and everything put back into place. And my car was back up and running. He was kind and patient the whole hour we were outside in the dark getting my battery replaced. It's the best customer service I have received here for sure! My family has been coming to this AutoZone for many years and although I don't live on this side of town anymore, this is the only AutoZone I stop at for any problem I have. Thank you again Wyatt!!

Donald R did a great job changing my suv battery out. I wouldn't have been able to do it myself I'm a senior citizen. I will be back for all my auto needs I will ask for Donald R again very nice young man.

Had a battery emergency ~ the team here helped me a great deal. There was a young man especially that helped me who's name escapes me but he just graduated HS and is onto Community College! Because of his assistance my anxiety left me! Thank you Autozone for being great neighbors and employing exceptional staff.

Being a woman who knows very little about cars I'm always nervous going into these stores. When I walked in I was greeted by several associates. Sarah was the one that helped me and she went above and beyond my expectations. She answered all my questions and was absolutely fantastic!

I have to brag on my new favorite employee Lamar!
My battery died today. I wish I could say Iām car savvy, but Iām not. Autozone has been a life saver more than once.
Lamar came out and plugged in their machines to confirm the problem was my battery. He figured out it was still under warranty, so no extra charge. That was a blessing!
He asked if I knew how to change it on my own, and I sorely had to admit that I didnāt.
He didnāt hesitate to say I can do it.
He did so without complaint, and was a lot of fun to work alongside while he changed it. He taught me a number of things and helped me find a couple other minor issues that he was able to help me fix. I spent $20 and Elroy; my Durango, is running great.
I canāt say thanks enough. Youāre a blessing Lamar!
