Theirs a male species here with red hair that's pulled back in a ponytail. Caucasian guy a bit overweight. This male is extremely rude and impatient. However, when a gentleman approached him after me, he was eager to assist him with his car. Not a purchase, but his car. If you have any melanin that's on the brown side/bronze. Go across the street to O'Reilly

They take a lot to move the line, when I showed them the bar code to pick up my order, they don’t even want to scan it and ask for the name to search instead of using the code. Order wasn’t ready and started to get all products together, making you wait more. Mot a good experience in this particular auto zone at 6011 s cooper st, Arlington TX.

My Ford Escape needed a new battery. It was 14° outside and the placement of the battery made changing it extremely difficult. However, they still changed it even thought it took an hour or more to just remove the old battery. I was extremely grateful. Had I took it to a Ford dealership, I'm sure I would've been charged at least $200 for labor. I've had nothing but great experiences with this location.
