I will not be returning to this location any time soon, I will instead be taking my business to O'Reilly's. I asked to have my car scanned due to the check engine light being on and was never helped

My mom just told me her husband came home from this particular auto zone and told her that an older white man employee asked him if he had a passport! He’s African. Why are the employees asking blacks if they have have passport due to having African accent ! I just want people to be aware that this old white man is probing and asking personal citizen information at this autozone ! They are out of line !!!

Had a vehicle die on way to work. Luckily (I thought) it stopped in front of this AutoZone. Thinking it was the battery, I took it in and they tested it assuring me the battery was good and I should probably take it to a mechanic. I asked if they would see if it would pop a code and they wouldn’t and acted annoyed. Of course I get it towed to a mechanic and it’s just a bad battery issue that could’ve been replaced if it weren’t for such a lazy staff. Go somewhere else.

In short, VERY DEPLORABLE, if they don't want to work, don't go, there are people who do want to work, terrible service

Service was horrible, but the store was clean and organized so we were able to find what we needed no thanks to the salesman.

Walk in early in the morning of 11/1 I had to greet the person just hanging out looking at me walk in. I try looking for what I was looking for and I thought he would come up and ask me if I needed help. I was looking for an injector solution, I didn’t even bother to ask for help, I just walked out. He wasn’t friendly. People just take customer service courses

Been going here 25+ years. Clerk named Julius just made me a O’reillys customer. Worst customer service I have had. No one is happy when cars break down but buying parts shouldn’t have to make you feel worse.

When approaching front counter it looked to be only one line open and it said commercial i was not there for any commercial business just to buy windshield fluid so i approached the counter and the guy behind the computer told me one second i agreed because what’s really one sec in real time so there was a lady standing by his side and once another customer approached behind me she walked to her register and greeted him to be checked out when clearly i was Ahead of him after checking the guy out she said can i help You. Well at this time I’m clearly upset because I’ve been waiting for service in a empty store when it was only me and the other guy at the time then the lady repeatedly asked if i was Here for commercial after saying no she asked twice more and then presenting my form of payment which was a card in my hand she asked card or cash several times after paying i stated She should be mindful when someone is ahead of another you wait on them first then as I was Walking out the store they repeatedly said have a nice day as if it was a joke this was my neighborhood AutoZone and would come here always but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on

Go to a different location. I pull up to see 2 employees outside smoking. As I get out of the car, 1 of them begins to rudely address me about parking in handicap and then also heckles my child about leaving her car. Its like he forgot people come to Autozone to get parts for their car. He did not say hello, how are you, how can I help, nothing. Just yelling in my direction.
Mind you, I have an authorized handicap placard which he did not even take time to look for & my daughter wasn't leaving car, something fell off her hood which he did not take time to ask about.
Come to find out, he was the manager. When he started to speak ill of my child then I began to respond to his rudeness; he walked toward me yelling with his cigarette, and his little coworker cosigned the poorly handled situation & yells at me as well. If my daughter's car could start, I would have left sooner. I have never been disrespected so bad.
There was 1 employee who stepped outside to help with the battery, but I ended up returning the battery. They do not deserve my service. I called the cops & ended up towing the car back home.
Don't go here! Hopefully, they get new staff or it gets closed down.

955 5 minutes before closing. Had product return needed a turn signal. Walked in registers are closed. I didn't day anything walked out but as a manager know most anything can be done with a little effort. Just seems no one wants to work. Store hours close time 2200
That means 2200 lock the doors
And take care of existing customers. You can tell someone doesn't want to be there. They close up before posted close time. Hopefully an isolated incident bit I won't new back to this location.

Just walked into Autozone because my battery was in and out, I thought it was because of corrosion but turned out to be a bad battery. Orlando hooked me up and in and out in 20 minutes with a new battery. I ll always appreciate Autozone.

My wife took our vehicle to get the free diagnostic check and the battery checked.. we had a bad battery .. the person who helped her was KJ and he was amazing .. the batteries are cheaper at Walmart but he seemed so knowledgeable and helpful that we bought the battery there and he installed it for us .. it took him an hour because our old battery was so stubborn to take out ! It was buried in there and connected to lots of other wires so he made sure he was doing it right! Bless him for being out there in that heat for us!
