Damien at Auto zone Store number 1536 at address 2101 S. Cooper was so Amazing he really helped me out I was so stressed out and was a little rude he remains so professional, kind, and helpful the whole staff on that shift today was amazing thank you so much AutoZone for hiring very professional sweet employees they really made my day and DAMIEN NEEDS A RAISE!!!!

The administrator has no education, he is a person who does not have any degree of courtesy and manners to be in front of the public. In my opinion, he will send the business to ruin.

I usually come in and get any car necessities here but when I came in today I was made very uncomfortable. Came in around 1:20 to get oil, everyone was so nice and helpful except for the manager on duty. She had a very harsh attitude towards me and other customers. As I was leaving I noted this blonde woman not only was acting unprofessional with me, but the way I saw her treat the associates was not okay. Im never coming back here again.

I needed to remove stubborn nut from underneath my car. At the time, I was unsure which tool I need. My car was on jack. Wonderful BLAZE came out with me and crawled under my car to see what he was dealing with, got the tools and helped me. I can’t express how much I value this. Humble and selfless people like blaze deserve a huge praise. I hope autozone values such employees.

I didn't get her name but thankful for the employee who took my battery in for charging/testing. OReillys employee sighed at me and refused to take it while saying it would get lost/stolen. This Autozone next door was 2-3x busier and took it without hesitation.

Fantastic service from DANNY! I was aggravated at an issue with a headlight, which Danny figured out in seconds. This avoided me buying something I didn't need. On top of that, Danny came out to my car to check it out further. With extreme generosity from a person who actually cares about customers, I left with two working headlights. Officially a customer for life!!!
