If I could give this place a zero star, I would it doesn’t even deserve the one star we took our company vehicle up there to get an oil change. Well they forgot to put the oil in there the most important part. So our engine almost blue. This is a brand new 23 Ford F150 that has had no problems and it started to make weird noises so we looked more into it and yeah, they forgot to put the oil in it and it was the same day that we went to get the oil changed which was today so they literally emptied our oil and then just didn’t put nothing in it so I called up there. I have voice recordings of him cussing me out. He is very unprofessional. I do not recommend them to anyone at all. I’m probably gonna get my lawyers involved because of how rude and nasty he has been towards me like I said, I have recordings of how he talks to me. This is not where you want to go get an oil change at. . 0 stars! Bad buisness. Put wrong tire size on car rear and didnt want to change them! Also put wrong oil filter on vehicle causing leak. Stay away from this shop, shady tactics!

I wish I can give negative stars. I am currently here at auto 7 been coming here for a year now. The young guy is extremely rude and said "hell naw" when I asked for 4 new tires. What kind of business are they running. And yelling at me because I followed instruction when driving onto the lift. And than proceed to checkout the young man snatched the money out of my hand and continuously to start problems with me. Talking smack non-stop. Please don't go here. Their customer service is horrible now from when I started coming here.

Always a great experience. The owner Aboss, was very hospitable. Robert is always so helpful. I always have a pleasant experience with the guys there. They get you in and out quick?

Horrible… the worst place I’ve done business with in Arlington. Take my truck in for an oil change. They over tighten the filter and crack the threads. I notice when I leave that it’s leaking. Go back to have them find the reason and they say it’s a cracked filter. They don’t have my part. So they order and say come back in the morning. After waiting an hour, I ask the owner how we make this right. I suggest, at least half of my money back for the time I had to wait, the mess the oil made in my driveway and at my work. He said, “sorry, mistakes happen.” I said, “and I guess that means I have to pay for it.” …. No return comment.DO NOT USE THIS SHOP.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, took it in for inspection 30 minutes before they closed. They complained they were closing soon. Then got told my tiny was too dark when it is directly from the dealer mind you they have passed it at the same place every year for the past 7 years. Also tried showing them the sticker that is from MOPAR that says 70% transparency and they did not even care. Garbage customer service and very trashy people honestly. Hope you don’t have white interior because it will be disgusting after these people are done with your car.
