I wish I can give negative stars. I am currently here at auto 7 been coming here for a year now. The young guy is extremely rude and said "hell naw" when I asked for 4 new tires. What kind of business are they running. And yelling at me because I followed instruction when driving onto the lift. And than proceed to checkout the young man snatched the money out of my hand and continuously to start problems with me. Talking smack non-stop. Please don't go here. Their customer service is horrible now from when I started coming here.

Always a great experience. The owner Aboss, was very hospitable. Robert is always so helpful. I always have a pleasant experience with the guys there. They get you in and out quick?

Horrible… the worst place I’ve done business with in Arlington. Take my truck in for an oil change. They over tighten the filter and crack the threads. I notice when I leave that it’s leaking. Go back to have them find the reason and they say it’s a cracked filter. They don’t have my part. So they order and say come back in the morning. After waiting an hour, I ask the owner how we make this right. I suggest, at least half of my money back for the time I had to wait, the mess the oil made in my driveway and at my work. He said, “sorry, mistakes happen.” I said, “and I guess that means I have to pay for it.” …. No return comment.DO NOT USE THIS SHOP.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, took it in for inspection 30 minutes before they closed. They complained they were closing soon. Then got told my tiny was too dark when it is directly from the dealer mind you they have passed it at the same place every year for the past 7 years. Also tried showing them the sticker that is from MOPAR that says 70% transparency and they did not even care. Garbage customer service and very trashy people honestly. Hope you don’t have white interior because it will be disgusting after these people are done with your car.

We’ve been going to auto seven on and off for approximately 12 years for random tires yearly inspections sometimes oil changes and miscellaneous things. We will no longer be going back after our last encounter. We know that they close at seven and we try not to go late out of respect, however the night that we went we went at 6:30 PM because I needed to make it to the courthouse that next day which was a Friday to get tags for a vehicle that’s been tied up in a probate issue. We got there and they would not clear the inspection based on a single tire that they said was the spare. It was not the spare it was on a plain black rim that my father had purchased from a different auto shop about a year prior. They would not clear it based on this so my husband ran home we live two minutes from the shop. He came back they changed over the tire and when he did he did not align it correctly and so there was a leak and when we told him about it he proceeded to yell at us that it was too late and that we should’ve come earlier and was just really really rude and unacceptable. When I went into pay the $75 fee between the state inspection and them swapping the rubber from one room to another on a tire it was 6:52 PM. He had yelled at us that we had come earlier that we should’ve come earlier because they close at seven well the issue with that is is that I paid almost 10 minutes before they closed which means they had completed the work before they closed and they had taken another state inspection at 6:45 PM. I have never been treated like that from a company from an employee and I will never be treated that way again. They will no longer get a single penny of my business I will go across Arlington if I have to somewhere else. Their customer service is absolutely ludicrous and how they speak and treat people

Do not trust them with anything.You think you're saving money just to have to turn around and get what they repaired, repaired again.I had my brakes done and they have not stopped with this horrendous high pitch screeching sound.Got all 4 tires replaced apparently 1 is not the right size for my car and has caused it to malfunction costing me extra $$$ never again.
