Oil change for high mileage full synthetic is $90. How is it that expensive when the oil itself is $30 at walmart? They asked for a tip too ?♂️ the audacity. If they had told me how much it would've been I would not have got the oil change there. Very shady.
2 stars because it was pretty quick but was not offered any indoor waiting areas in this 100 degree weather.

This place is by far the worst!!!! I Went to get an oil change and my car was perfectly fine with literally no issues they even hooked it up to run a diagnostic test (which I have the paperwork for) and nothing was wrong with it until after my oil change I left and get Literally in counting 5 mins up the road and my car shuts off so I called back to tell them the issue and the guy comes out and literally flashes his phone under the car and say the plug is tight pulled the oil dipstick out (didn’t wipe it to check the oil level) which I have video recorded but said it had oil and leaves by saying he doesn’t know what it is but my car didn’t have any issues until they changed the oil so I call another mechanic ONLY TO run another diagnostic test which I have the paperwork for and he said the issue is my engine oil was over filled by a quart which can cause significant damage to the engine components and even cause your engine to seize up. So I called in to the shop to resolve the issue and the guy who did my oil change said he was the manager and basically told me he feels he did it right so it’s nothing he can do so because of their unprofessionalism I now have car repairs and issues that I didn’t have before I got their oil change services and the diagnostics test stated that before the oil change with them and the one after shows they messed up my car. I wouldn’t recommend them at all

I would tell anyone to visit this shop. Andrew was truly, kind, caring, and accommodating. He and his staff went above and beyond when they took care of me. I am forever grateful!!

After 30+ years of patronage I will NEVER go back to Johnson's. Had an oil change on 12/19/23. Didn't drive my vehicle for the next two days. 12/22 noticed oil in the driveway. Went back to have them check for a leak. Was told that I had a bad "gasket". I was confused how I could have a bad gasket? They should have put a new one on with the filter. Surely they would have noticed if the drain plug gasket was bad when they changed the oil? I guess not. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. When I got home I purposely parked in another spot to verify the issue had been fixed. NOPE! 12/23 wake up and find more oil had leaked. So, I return to have it checked again. Told that they couldn't find anything leaking. Oh, but your power steering boot is leaking. What? I recorded from my car the activities of both days. Glad that I did for legal purposes. Also let the very rude technician that I worked for a local auto manufacturer and knew exactly where the leak was coming from and it wasn't the area he pointed out. Not only was I not able to travel out of town for Christmas. Now I have to get my vehicle checked out by another mechanic. The Johnsons need to have their name removed from this establishment. They will never hold a candle to the professionalism they had. The technician I dealt with today should be fired. When is it ever right to huff off like a toddler because someone calls you out on your lies. I may be a female but.....I know a lot about cars. I would have had a lot more respect with a mistake if you had been honest. Might not matter to him if I never go back and that's fine. Just sucks that such a great business has changed so much. The class and customer service is gone forever. Do not do business here.

I stopped by for a state inspection and was told my car wouldn’t pass inspection because the brake pads were low but for $199.00 plus parts and labor he would have it done and pass my cat!
Mind you my car brakes don’t squeak or grind plus he did NOT drive my car!
I took it yesterday to a reputable place where they drove my car and really checked it out and they passed my car!!!
I will NEVER go back to this place!!!

Good service. I felt very rushed out though it was empty there, but they did a fairly good job. Price was fair for an oil change.
