A highly recommended a t and t on Green Oaks boulevard. They were very courteous and helpful and ready to please an answer any questions. Good or bad, that may worry. You wanna go with great people? Go with AT&T they're the best. They can help you solve your any issue that you may have. Thanks guys

Awful. Came in to do an upgrade and was promptly asked if I wanted to change the number as well. The sales rep didn’t know I worked for AT&T for years and was aware he was just trying to get more commission on a new activation instead of an upgrade. Prior to activation he told me insurance would added automatically for 3.99 and I would have to cancel it. Again, not true. He just wanted more commission by adding a feature to my line. I just felt uncomfortable with the whole situation and told him I didn't want to complete the upgrade. He said okay, 15-20 minutes later he said it was cancelled. I get home and check my account and the upgrade was never reversed and he added a $17 monthly charge for AT&T protect coverage that I didn’t ask for. Do not trust these people. They are only looking out for their own commissions and not the customers best interest.

Cancelled a ATT service and returned the phone, they are unable to provide refund for the sales tax I paid and telling me to contact customer service, when i contact customer service they are telling that only the same store can give me refund. Ridiculous this companies steal hard earned money and their representatives both in store and online are not knowledgeable since they say different information each time you call them.

I wanted to share my recent experience at the store with you all. ?In all honesty, I must say that it was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. ? The situation unfolded in a way that left me feeling disappointed and disheartened. Allow me to explain what happened.I had been patiently waiting for around 30 minutes to be served, hoping that someone would assist me soon. During this time, I observed a gentleman named Bryce helping an older customer, which was great to see. However, another lady entered the store shortly after. As she arrived, I noticed Bryce immediately went to assist her, leaving me waiting a bit longer.To make matters worse, a Latino couple came in, followed by a White lady. Bryce disregarded my presence and continued to tend to the new customers without acknowledging my extended wait. This left me with no choice but to leave the store and seek service elsewhere.I couldn't help but feel that my experience at this particular store was marred by a sense of discrimination and racism. It is disheartening to think that someone in a customer service role would prioritize customers based on their race or ethnicity. This behavior should not be tolerated, and appropriate action needs to be taken.I believe it is crucial for the store management to be made aware of these unfortunate incidents so that they can address the issue in a thoughtful and decisive manner. Nobody should be subjected to such discrimination, and steps should be taken to ensure that all customers are treated with equality and respect.Thank you for taking the time to read about my experience. Let's hope that actions are taken to rectify and improve the situation at this store.

They’re competent staff and helpful a little slow in resolving your issue, I think they need more training to be efficient, otherwise I see no problem.

This store has a horrible african American male working there who is rude and impatient! We had an issue with our iphone 14 and immediately he said you all do things to the phone and ask me to fix it. We just ask him if he knew why we couldn’t get into our apple id and he started shaking his head and saying he’s not a technician. All he had to say was that he couldn’t help us instead of being rude and shaking his head. Terrible customer service!! Don’t work in customer service if you don’t have patience and don’t like to help people. Never going back to this place.

One of the best experiences I have ever had with AT&T! Friendly and polite employees ✅ Christian helped me, he was quick and he really did a great job.Honestly, I can say that this store is a model store to be followed comparing to others in the city??
