“I LOVE THIS PLACE!! We had went to a different location earlier today, and let's just say it wasn't a real Joann's. We have been to this location multiple times, and it is normally clean and staff is really nice. They try to help you the best you can if they aren't in that section. However, there was one extremely nice lady her name was Kay! She was not from the yarn department, however she still helped. We had seen a sign that said 25% off of everything. They were supposed to be taken down, however she still honored it since the person in that section did not take the signs down. She went to the front of the store and took the discount off of the clearance tags for us. After that she told us that everything that had a red tag was 25% off. She let us go look at More ( she left work at 5). And then she even stayed to check us out again to make sure it worked right. Even then she scanned a coupon since we didn't have one. If the manager sees this, you need to give Kay a raise. I love her!!!!!

“Cool and refreshing place to walk around to gaze at fun DIY projects. There are tons of nice artworks and decor.
My girlfriend and I went to get a custom frame done. Kaitlyn helped us out, and she picked out the best frame for my picture that I didn't even see at first glance. She is very knowledgeable and helpful.
