My unit was roach infested and I was unable to rid the problem even with foggers and pest control. Roaches even fell in my food while I was cooking . Never has that happened to me in life and it has mentally traumatized me. Also my unit ran several days nonstop with maintenance saying that the air was good. Finally after my 3rd complaint it was fixed but the damage was already done to my energy bill.. Fortunately I was able to end my lease and move on. The pictures were horrific but it doesn’t give me an option to upload them. Bottom line check your units before moving in and stay on this property about upkeep.

Couldn’t even tour apartment complex. Left multiple messages and used their call box which kept saying their line was in use. Why is your leasing office behind a fence that can’t be accessed for potential tenants? This was one of the few apartments I was considering but I won’t now. Kept me waiting for 15+ minutes after driving out here.

I lived in the place for 6 months. I have no complaints about the apartments. Inside, they were good, comfortable and the price is quite affordable for the area it is in, everything is very close. What did leave a lot to be desired was the garbage part, it seemed that the container was not enough and it filled up too quickly and stinked (I lived quite close to it) and another detail is the laundry part, they urgently need a remodel and that the washing machines really work ?, I have no complaints with the staff, everyone was very attentive and I really liked the area, and the interior of the apartment

I have lived here for years, now there offering new residents cheaper rent rates than current residents. I pay rent on time every month but the current manager had a very rude unprofessional attitude toward me as if I was bothering her. They have have made improvements but this place is getting more run down sadly. Location is great but again, the rent is too high for 1981 built apartments.

Completely unprofessional property management. The so-called upgrades resulted in all of the handles falling off. Sheets of some thing coming off the bathtub. I have kept them and taking pictures of them. There is trash laying around. Most of all the property management is unprofessional and rude. Please avoid this property.

Lived here for a year now. I loved them initially. But after the cabinet renovations, I’ve been having a roach infestation problem and it hasn’t been taken very seriously. The office is very communicative however no remedies aside from pest control and I’m not sure they really come and spray anything. (When I spray I can smell the chemicals for hours/days) but when the claim pest control comes , I don’t smell anything, nothing looks treated. Just a green slip. And it’s more than 10 roaches a day that I’m seeing. At this point I’m having to get quotes to have my unit exterminated out of my own pocket. It’s a decent apartment but this sudden change has got me looking elsewhere. Pretty ready to break the lease due to the roaches.

Got a call from leasing to do an emergency entrance, I have a very flexible career. I came home to wet gunk through the dining area after I spent a significant amount of time cleaning my home and maintaining it. Wet gunk was on my A/C unit, the wall and floor. The maintenance man asked me to put in a maintenance report for the mess that was left on my floor, on my walls and on the A/C unit.. A great amount of disrespect. Live somewhere with people who respect you. Bless their hearts!

I was told before I moved in that my bar area would be renovated. Been here for multiple months and still no renovations, but when I ask about it I get no reply from the front office. I’m forced to pay for square footage that I literally can’t use. Do believe nothing these people tell you they will lie to you.

They tell you they have 3 laundry facilities on site, but what the fail to mention is that they are not clean and they don’t work. Don’t get hustled by this place go some where else

Best management ever!!! If you report a problem, they fixed it. Nathalie is amazing, so far, the best management team I have seen.We hope that as long Nathalie and Felicity continue in the management, we will continue living here ??Thanks ladies, you make a unique team for us, your residents.

My time here in Arlington Oaks was interesting but in a good way. It is my first apartment since moving here from NYC so my expectations were not very high. I have dealt with all sorts of characters in NYC but here? Initially response time was horrible but it improved quickly. Any maintenance problems I had I was able to submit a request and in less than 2 days they came out and situated it. I had a lot of small issues I wanted to be fixed and guess what? They did.Laundry room not truly 24/7? FixedCeiling fan hanging by its life? FixedNeeded new filter for AC unit? FixedPool looks cloudy? FixedCeiling bursted with water on Christmas and all power was out? Fixed. Nathaly came and wet vacced my whole living room for me when its maintenances job (they were busy fixing problems). What property manager do you see doing that?Laundry machines not working? FixedEvery issue, within reason, they worked to get it situated. They are very communicative, not when I first moved in August 2022, via email and phone. They have grown to be better.They renovated all of the cabinets and sinks without raising my rent which is big for me because such renovations wouldve cost me in NYC.You can tell they love their job and you can tell that they are really trying their best to improve the aesthetics of the complex. New signs everywhere. Its a work in progress but their willingness to change and become better has shown over this year. I wish I can stay but I am moving closer to my job. 5 out of 5! And thats not always easy for me to say. Thank you Nathaly and Felicity.

I was a homeowner for 4 years before moving away. This is a great family oriented community to live in. There's high attention to security which makes you feel safe. If there are ever any issues with maintenance, grounds or disturbances, the staff is prompt to address. Last, the office personnel know their business and do a good job behind the scenes with running the community. Drop by and visit for yourself. Mike
