I enjoyed a terrific shopping experience in the store today. I purchased a very nice 14K, 22-inch, chain with a very unique link style - at a price that was more than fair! They have an extensive selection of jewelry to choose from. The entire staff is helpful and friendly and I enjoyed the opportunity to do business with them. I look forward to continuing my relationship with this wonderful business and look forward to my next visit!

I wish there was a way I could give this people a -10. These people are a huge ripoff!! (1) I bought a 10 carat gold chain and a 10 carat pendant which has over 10 diamonds on it all for a value of $600; the chain kept cutting back to back for about 7 times which I kept going to them to repair at $35 per instance; and then finally I came to them to sell it back and get something else - these people bought my gold chain at $60 and claimed it’s not worth more than that.. then they wanted to buy my pendent that had 10 diamonds for $17… OMG! Then I wanted to actually confirm in addition that they are actually thieves, I came back with a huge earring stub (1 of a pair) of about 3inches length and wide and of 18 carat gold and filled with over 80 diamonds all round bought from them at $3800 less than a year, for them to check and give me a quote, these people told me it’s worth $200… and I laughed hard at the magnitude of wickedness and illegality surrounding this business… please stay away from them whether buying or selling. Go somewhere else or buy whenever you travel to UAE. They also wanted to buy my 24 carat gold ring with diamonds all over that I bought in Dubai for $80k for selling price of $400.. last year and I told them never instead I will melt it into a new wedding ring that I wanted to buy from them. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD. NOTE: IF THERE IS ANYTHING THAT DOES NOT DEPRECIATE IN VALUE ITS PRECIOUS STONES..GOLD & DIAMONDS ESPECIALLY! IT ALWAYS APPRECIATES!!!

Let me just say, Yasmin, Victor, Ramiro, and the whole Arlington Gold and Silver staff are the pinnacle of excellence. They are knowledgeable, respectful, and an overall joy to converse with. I came in with 3 pieces that needed some real work and they surpassed every expectation. I brought my items in Saturday, Memorial Day weekend, and was surprised at the expediency with which they handled the repairs. They may or may not have talked me into a new ring but the price was right and my overall experience has been phenomenal! Thank you, to everyone at Arlington Gold and Silver! I will definitely be back for my future jewelry needs!

Better off going to a pawnshop which I did and got almost double for my bridal set! Very beautiful 1.5 carat diamond ring (they even commented how beautiful it was). I’ve sold a few jewelry pieces to them in the past- over 15yrs ago when I was in college trying to make ends meet, and I accepted the sell because I had little choice back then and they offered more than the pawnshops and other places. The owner and this business runs off greed and ripping people off of the true value of their sentiments. I’ll never go here again. The staff even bragged that the owner owns the entire block- yeah I bet he does! Greed, is a sin.

Arlington Gold and Silver is the only jeweler that I trust for buying or selling jewelry and precious metals. I have been a customer for over 20 years now and cannot recommend them highly enough. Recently, I took my wedding rings in for cleaning and inspection. I am so glad I did because some of the jewels were quite loose and could have easily been lost. They now look brand new and the repair was done professionally and promptly. I have complete trust in this company and have never been disappointed. Thank you, Arlington Gold and Silver!

Jasmine is always helpful and honest with questions and prices. Have been a customer for years and always kind and good attitude. She even helped me up when I tripped coming inside from the rain as my shoes didn’t have much traction. 10/10 will go again soon

This shop always has reasonable and fair prices for some of the most classic & unique jewelry. I have had my wedding ring and mother's ring serviced here and was very pleased with the results. I have even purchased some retro gold shrimp earrings here that were perfect for my needs. Every time I'm there, Yasmin has been very pleasant and provided attentive customer service. I love this place!
